About this property

Forget your worries on beautiful Smith Lake. A flat walk to the water! NO steps to dock or “beach”. Perfect for the kiddos to play in and walk into the water. Duncan Marina is a 5 minute boat/car ride away! Park your boat at our dock or tie up on the beach! We are located close a grocery and near Jasper so that you can go enjoy the lovely restaurants and breweries! We have kayaks, SUP board and canoe! We have fishing rods and all the "stuff". We are baby friendly! We also have life jackets!
The space
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. One king bed with an en suite. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with 2 full-size bunk beds (4 beds total). Basement has a pool table, 2 player arcade game with 6,000 games and a foosball table. Ping pong table in carport. Lilly Pad and slide at the dock. 2 children's kayaks and 1 adult kayak and a canoe, 1 SUP board. Gas grill on back carport. We have a pool table and 2 riding cars for the kiddos. 300 feet of unobstructed water. Close to marina. Can dock boat on dock.

Family Getaway

Wonderfully decorated and comfortable home in a great location on the lake. Has everything you need to enjoy the water - kayaks, canoe, Lilly pad, fishing poles, etc. Exceptional covered dock with lounging area. Close to grocery stores and 5 minutes to Duncan bridge marina. Very responsive host. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect Getaway

This place was perfect for our family. We have teenagers and a 6 year old. We loved the dock with the slide, diving board, and lily pad. It’s also covered and very spacious. The downstairs game room was fun for the kids and adults. Our kids enjoyed the zip line, hammock, and swing. They have plenty of fishing poles. We even caught a few fish. This place has everything you need and more. This is by far our favorite place we have stayed on the lake. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back soon.

Perfect Lake spot

This was and awesome property, the outdoor spaces were the best. We loved the cover dock and the kids loved the slide, diving tower and the lily pad. My husband fished in the canoe and the kayak. It is a great house the beds were very comfortable and the lay out of the house was great for the kids to play in the downstairs and the adults could be upstairs. We will definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing you home.
