This stunning home away from home is situated on the coveted 16TH HOLE offering gorgeous mtn & sunset views. There is a luxury-style kitchen w/ a wine fridge & coffee station. The sliding doors open wide to enjoy the unobstructed view of the golf course & stellar views. Escape to the primary suite to recharge after a long day. Bedroom 2 has a private ensuite & the den is set up as an office w/ a desk. Just imagine relaxing on the back porch w/ these serene sunset views, by the cozy fireplace. The patio extends out leading to an additional seating area with an unbelievable view of the golf course! Located just east of North Scottsdale and close to dining, shopping, and arts. Come explore AZ with resort amenities and still have your private space!

There will be a utility deposit of $1,000 associated with each booking.
The owner pays the first $500 per month for utilities. Total electric, water and gas. Anything over this amount will be taken out of the utility deposit.

Will provide a discount for minimum of 4 months- inquire within!

Please note, we will prepare an Arizona standard AAR lease agreement with all bookings once accepted.

Very Quiet Felt very safe. Great place to walk Bruce was very . Concerned that our stay was great We will. Be back next year Had great Mountain View’s.
