We are completing our first full year of offering Fair Winds, and are proud to share our five star reviews with you. Going into our second year, we have added blackout curtains in both bedrooms two and three, maxed the tv size in the atrium bedroom to fit the cabinet and added a 50" tv in the master bedroom. All the bedrooms have new Sony Blu Ray/DVD players.

Exceptional rental!!

A must rent. Hands down the most immaculate, well-appointed property we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The photos are accurate. The host has provided every single thing you need to enjoy your time. The ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom are spacious and allow for privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could possibly need. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained. Soft sand with chair and umbrella service and you can walk for miles. We travelled with our adult children and they loved the condo. Close to the Navarre Pier and there are breathtaking views from the terrace. Wonderful experience. Book it today!!experience. Thanksgiving in Navarre...as usual!

We enjoy Navarre and have since the late 1990's! Over the years we have stayed in various condos and/or houses and it has become our home away from home which is Lexington, KY.This particular unit is exceptional and the owner is so easy to communicate with and rent from. The weather was amazing during our stay and the fishing was just as incredible.We will likely be back next year!

Beautiful Condo

My grown daughters and I were very impressed with the facilities. There was plenty of space with comfortable fuirniture and any appliance you might need. The beach chair setup and contents in outside closet was a bonus. One of the best condos we have stayed in during many rentals on the gulf coast.

Beautiful Place in Navarre

My family had a great week. The condo is stocked and very clean. Beautiful views from the balcony. We enjoyed both the beach and pool which never felt too crowded. If you’re looking for a laid back relaxing vacation this is your place. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay!!!

The unit was beautiful and was stocked with everything you can think of! The commination with the owner was fantastic! I could live on the back patio area and it was so nice to sit outside and have breakfast every morning! We will definitely rent this unit again. It was perfect for us and my two adult children and their spouses! Looking so forward to our next stay!!

Best friend trip ever!

Beautiful views! The condo was exactly as shown in photos. Very clean. So relaxing. The owner went the extra mile to add little things to make your stay more comfortable. Definitely a must to stay here. You won't regret 1 minute!

Two Week Relaxing Stay

We’ve been coming to Navarre for many years and this is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. It was very clean, furniture was comfortable (especially liked the two recliners), kitchen was well stocked and condo was well supplied. I’ve always taken garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc because other places provide minimal supplies. This condo was well supplied. The decor was a pretty coastal vibe without the overdone beachy look of so many others. Typically the first thing I do is move all the breakables and knickknacks out of our way. No need here. It was beautiful without being overdone. Terry ordered binoculars and they came while we were there. Another nice touch. The beach service is also another perk that I look for when renting. But I think the best was the comfortable bed in the master suite! It’s the best I’ve slept in a long time. I even missed its comfort when I got home. I’d love to know the brand because I’d buy one. It’s that comfortable! It’s a great condo - a 10 for sure.

Awesome condo and location

**Navarre Beach Condo Review** We had an amazing stay at the Navarre beach condo! The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. The balcony was a standout feature, offering a fantastic place to relax and take in the scenery. The condo itself was awesome. The shower in the master bedroom was particularly noteworthy – it was amazing, and you could even see the beach from the shower! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you might need, including high-quality pots and pans. The air fryer and the crock pot were a great addition and came in handy for quick meals. While our stay was nearly perfect, there are two small recommendations I have: adding a TV in the master bedroom and providing clearer instructions on how to access the front of the beach with the chair service. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy Navarre Beach!

Awesome condo right on the beach!!

This condo is awesome. When we arrived, it was immaculate. (Kudos to the cleaning crew!!) Parking, unloading our belongings, and access to the unit was easy and hassle-free. Perfection!!!

This condo is gorgeous. The Property Manager has thought of every possible need and is generous with many extras you don't have available typically. The space and layout of the condo is perfect! The Balcony is the Bestttttt! When we weren't enjoying the beach and ocean we were on the Balcony of this condo. Perfect for enjoying the spectacular fireworks show done off the pier on the 4th of July! We all loved our time spent here and would very much return! Love Navarre!

communication with the Manager was great, checkin and out was very easy, a couple of minor things that needs to be updated, but this condo was very nice and one of the best stocked condos we’ve stayed in.

AMAZING PROPERTY!

We stay at Navarre or Pensacola Beach for one week every summer. This unit was the best equipped unit we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the things you need to cook and stay 'in' for the week, which is what we prefer to do. Perfectly laid out and beautifully decorated to boot!

This condo has everything you will need other than food for your vacation!! The kitchen is beautifully stocked. No need to bring pans or utensils. The owner has gone above and beyond with his condo. The only thing missing was a tv in the master. My son even found a flower vase for Mothers Day flowers! Best condo EVER!

Best ever!

This is our 15th trip to Beach Colony and as always, this resort did not disappoint. Our condo was so clean and had everything needed for a wonderful week. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels. And it's the small things like a shelf to toiletries in the showers and plenty of hooks for towels. There were ample beach towels and the chairs was a wonderful perk. The more relaxed atmosphere in the east tower is so relaxed and friendly. Our host, Terry, responded quickly to any questions/concerns. We will be back!

Spring Break

My husband and I, with are daughter and her children, stayed at this wonderfully furnished condo. The accommodations were splendid, along with the view. Everything you could need (towels, beach towels, etc) for a wonderful vacation was there for our use. We can’t say enough about this condo , and if we decide to revisit Navarre, we plan to stay here!

Absolutely beautiful

We just wrapped up an amazing week at BC 12-C East!! The property was exactly as described. The condo was beautifully decorated and completely stocked with necessities and many extra items, too. Terry was a great host and very prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We enjoyed visiting Andy D’s (walking distance) for great food and a fun atmosphere. We hope to return to Navarre very soon! 10/10 would recommend!!! 😊

Beautiful, Inviting, and Comfortable

Fair Winds was everything we hoped for and then some! The unit is beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked. We loved the twin recliners where we could put our feet up and relax while enjoying the amazing view of the gulf. The beach at Navarre is beautiful with its soft, white sand and turquoise blue waters. And to be able to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets is a treat! Terry was extremely helpful and great to work with. We loved our time at Fair Winds so much that we've already booked a return trip for next year!

Thanksgiving at Navarre

We have been coming to Navarre since the early 90’s and I would rate this condo among the best. Great location! Condo was one of the best equipped for our stay with excellent appliances and cookware. I had a slight issue upon checking in and it was resolved quickly and easily.

Amazing!

This unit was one of the best places we ever stayed in Navarre Beach. It was extremely clean, neat and organized, as well as nicely decorated, with great views. The kitchen was stocked with an amazing variety of kitchen appliances. The bed in the master bedroom was not only super comfortable, but literally therapeutic. We had no aches, pains, and slept really cool and comfortable on that amazing mattress! We actually took a picture of the label on the mattress, it was so good. The gym and the pool were a big plus. Terry was a great host and very efficient communicator. I accidentally left my therapy pillow there and Terry was kind enough to send it to me. We enjoyed it so much we are going to rebook for next year. Thank you Terry, Erkan and Lynn

The best place ever! Sets the standard!

This condo was the most amazing unit. To say it felt like home is an understatement. No detail was overlooked. We have stayed in 10-15 places and none even came close to this. Very clean and equipped as if we lived there. From the moment we booked it Terry was there for any questions or needs. Thank you for the amazing vacation. Will definitely be back next year.

Perfect lil' beach spot!

So happy to have found this little spot for our last minute beach trip! Terry is a very thoughtful host with great communication and many charming details to make your stay comfortable. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was probably the best equipped kitchen that I have experienced from a rental property. Air fryer, crock pot, coffee pot/Keurig, mini drink fridge, and small kitchen aid stand mixer! The beach service included was just an added bonus. There is also lots of beach chairs, and other various beach gear in an outdoor closet available for use. Patio/balcony was lovely and spacious with comfortable furniture. The condo is located within walking distance to the pier and a few restaurants! We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend. Thank you Terry!
