Welcome to our beach house, enjoy a stroll to the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine. Enjoy outdoor seating on the front patio, the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for a night in! With stylish updates throughout, this prime location offers a peaceful and serene getaway with easy access to many great local restaurants, bars, shopping & activities. Historic Saint Augustine is a quick 10-minute drive!
The house is fully available to the guest, there is a locked closet for the owner.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
