The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the bath features dual sinks, large shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The full-size kitchen is fully stocked and ready to make those cost saving meals at home. There is also a wet bar for all your cocktail creations. You will love the short walk to and from the beach! In the evening, sit on the large deck with the family and relax to the cool ocean breezes or maybe take in a swim at the rooftop pool.

Located on 61st street, this property is the perfect location for anyone coming into town for events. It provides easy access to the inlet, convention center, Northside Park, Ocean Pines and with direct access to route 90, getting to Salisbury is a breeze. The location also provides easy access to great restaurants/bars such as Seacrets, Fagers Island, and Saltwater 75 to name a few!

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Unit is on the first floor. There is an elevator for this building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 61st street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
