DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST. Horrible Experience

We arrived and were told "they temporarily are fixing the hot water and it will be on shortly." Each day, the story evolved as to why the hot water was out and when it would be fixed. Two days later we learned it had been out for a week and it was unclear when it was going to come back on. We were offered a gym membership to shower. We checked out 2 days later (still with no hot water). The host pointed at VRBO to refund and a finger-pointing match ensued. We ended up spending an extraordinary amount of time trying to resolve the situation. We were forced to find alternative accommodations and were left hanging in the lurch.
