Great spot for Ski Weekend

We loved the space and comfort of a home while having a friend ski trip. Conveniently located near Breckenridge town and ski resort. Description accurate and make sure to have snow tires in winter as it suggests.

Broken utilities and poor communication

This home looks great in photos, but before we checked in they had already emailed to alert us that the fire stove in the ground level was not working properly. We never could get this stove to work and the downstairs was left colder than the rest of the home where a majority of the bedrooms are located. The next morning we then walk out to find that the hot tub is not working. After a call to the rental company we were told a technician would be sent out that day and we would be hearing from them on both issues. Finally late in the afternoon I called back and was told that the hot tub technician was still not there and that they would text me with an update before the end of the day and that the Firestone was out of commission for our visit. I never heard back that night. I called again the next day to inquire about the repairs status and was told that the hot tub was unable to be repaired during our visit; there were drop cords left on the decking and an external heating unit that we could only assume was to keep the water from freezing until it could be repaired. This was a big disappointment as having a hot tub was in our search criteria and the lack of communication around the issue was overall very poor. The rental company did refund us some, but we would have rather had working amenities. One other thing is the mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a bed of rocks and was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Moguls off the slopes

If you love the moguls then the king size bed in master bed is just right for you. Then the over size bed off to the side of kitchen reminds you off being on the down hill slopes. Oh and watch out for the water fall in the bedroom below the kitchen
