The historic town of Clermont has lots to offer including the Chain of Lakes CatBoat tours, Champion's Splash Park, quaint small town shopping, a 10 mile clay loop, the showcase of citrus, several museuems, and even hiking and horseback riding in the Lake Louisa State Park. Clermont is nestled in suburbia and rests within twenty minutes from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and LegoLand.

The open floor plan of this home includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and family room centered in the heart of the home. There are four entrances to the lanai helping to include the pool as part of the "heart" of the home. There is additional space within the home including a large dining room and even a sitting room!

The home is comfortable, cozy, and decorated to provide a quaint and restful stay. Each of the bedrooms has a slight theme making them somewhat fun and whimsical. There are six Smart televisions giving guests additional things to do with the hustle and bustle of Disney surrounding Clermont.
