Pet friendly is hard to find…
Think Pink 30A is located in the beautiful and lushly landscaped gated community of Calypso Pointe and is just a VERY short walk to the beach. Parking and beach access are no problem at our home. This charming house offers wonderful views of the Gulf from the large 3rd floor loft, which has a sectional pull-out sofa for additional sleeping quarters. Great place for the kids to hang-out. This room easily functions as fourth bedroom. The master suite on the second floor has a screened in porch and wrap around sundeck.
The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub and a large glass shower. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the 1st floor. One with a queen and the other with a queen and a twin bed.
There is a large living area with a fireplace, 2 full sized sofas, and an oversized chair and ottoman. Great place for everyone to gather and watch the 52" flat screen smart HD TV with a premium cable package. The sunny dining room has seating for 8 or more. There is a Weber gas grill on the wrap around front porch and a picnic table that can seat many guests.
It is the perfect place for a family picnic party. The beautiful community pool is directly across the street with rest rooms and outdoor shower.There are some wonderful restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Great home away from home for your beach vacation!

There are only 35 homes in Calypso Pointe and only a few are offed for vacation rentals.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Security Deposit is due within 3- 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded.

REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.

Great for Spring Break!
The location was ideal for us because of proximity to shops, beach and pool but we prefer to avoid the very busy Seaside area. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had plenty of space for my whole family and the dog. We enjoyed ourselves and would like to return.

Family vacation
We rented this home for a last minute trip to the beach. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood very close to Dune Allen beach. The space was great for my teenaged and young adult children. The rental manager was easy to communicate with and quick with responses. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Perfect
We loved the house, and it was in the perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes), and it was an easy walk to the restaurants and shops (about 10 minutes) at the intersection of 393 and 30A. We also rented bikes in Blue Mountain and were able to ride them on the trail to numerous places, including a day at Seaside. The house itself was welcoming and we felt immediately at home. It had everything we needed to cook most dinners at home (including the very nice gas grill). Also, the property manager, Brooks, was very nice and quickly responsive to any questions we had. We would love to return.

Absolute Paradise

Think Pink House was great!
My husband, our daughter, my sister and I enjoyed our stay at the "Think Pink" house! It was very comfortable and roomy. It rained ALOT the week we were there, but we had a good time in spite of it. On the day it didn't rain, we went to the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Our dogs enjoyed going on walks in the neighborhood. The mosquitoes were pretty bad due to all the rain, so I called Brooks and that night the City truck came and sprayed our yard! We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!
We recently stayed at Think Pink for our beach vacation. We had four adults, two young children, and our two small dogs. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The house is well equipped with anything you might need (including a great grill) and the description accurate. The pool is right across the street. The beach is a short walk and the property manager was kind enough to provide us with a beach cart for our stay. There are also plenty beach toys and equipment at the house so no need to pack your car full! The property manager was very responsive and helpful if we needed him. We did have an issue with the internet not connecting, but we didn't even bother to contact him since we rather enjoyed being 'unplugged', and we always had our smart phones for back-up. I feel assured the problem would have been fixed right away if we'd wanted. The house is close enough to Rosemary, Seaside, and Watercolor that we drove over a couple of afternoons to explore those great planned towns. We enjoyed Santa Rosa for the majority of our stay since traffic is less and beach is not crowded. Our favorite restaurants were Louis Louis, The Perfect Pig, and the Red Bar (in Grayton). Our security deposit was also refunded quickly! All-in-all, we had a great time with no unpleasant surprises!

Perfect for a young family and a dog!
We had an amazing time in this house! The front yard is fenced in which really helped with the kids and dog. The kids loved their rooms and eating breakfast out on the picnic table. Our golden retriever loved all the porches and room to roam. We were even able to sneak her out to the ocean in the morning and at night. The beach isn't super busy yet beautiful. The other beaches were easy to get too when we wanted to experience other locations. The kids loved the pool right across the street. Our property manager, Brooks, gave us wonderful food recommendations and even came on his day off to take a family picture of us.

Think Pink was Perfect for our vacation
We stayed at Think Pink in July 2012. Lovely quaint neighborhood. We had 2 adults and 6 teenagers. There was plenty of room to gather together but also many nooks to sneak off and read if peace and quiet was needed. We brought our Golden Retriever and she loved the porches. The house was supplied with plenty of huge beach towels and bath towels so next time we won't need to bring our own. There were boogie boards, rafts, noodles, beach chairs & umbrellas, sand toys and 2 awesome bikes. Well stocked kitchen including spices, crock pot, coffee maker, etc. Great location between Seaside and Destin. 5 minute walk to the beach. Wireless internet was awesome for the kids. The property manager was always a phone call away if we had any questions. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Stay!
This was our family's second stay in Calypso Pointe and our first at Think Pink. The house was perfect with plenty of room to spread out. Our family, which included 7 adults and 4 kids, had a blast swimming in the pool, sightseeing, and of course spending the day on the beach. We love this area, free from the hustle and bustle of city. Think Pink was as beautiful in person as in the pictures. Well equipped with everything you need from linens & cookware to beach gear. The beach is a short walk (5 minutes) from the house. The only negative about our experience was the toilet in the master bathroom was broken upon our arrival. Overall I would recommend this house and the neighborhood to anyone!

Beautiful and cool, great beach house!
My husband and two small children along with my parents and sister stayed in this wonderful beach house for a week! If you love the beaches of 30A then you will love the location of this house. We have been going down to the Destin area for over 25 years. We used to stay in boring condos with no character but we started staying in houses about 8 years ago. This home is on a beautiful tree filled lot with porches so you can enjoy the wonderful weather. The decor is so pretty with pale yellow walls and blue and white accents. The beds were luxurious and the temperature felt so cool after a day at the beach. This house is right around the corner from Stinky's Fish Camp, about 10 minutes from Grayton, Watercolor and Seaside and maybe 20 minutes to the outlet mall with traffic. The beach was not crowded and we had plenty of room to spread out to enjoy the sand and gorgeous water. The kitchen is huge and the dining room table was long and perfect for family dinners. The only thing that would make this house perfect if if it had one more bathroom! We loved it and the owners are very attentive. They will help you with any problems very quickly. I am dreaming about our vacation right now and can't wait to go back next year!

We Had The Best Time at Think Pink!
My family and I stayed at "Think Pink" over our Spring Break (March 10-17) and had the best time! The home is very well appointed and our host was very informative and helpful with the questions we had. This was our first time staying in the Florida Panhandle and everything we were told about the area was true. The walk to the pristine beach took 5 minutes. Shopping is nearby - although the boutiques were a little overpriced for the offerings. A convenience store/gas station is around the corner and a grocery store was not more than a 15 minute drive from the house. Our beach was not crowded like the one at Seaside/Seagrove. Although I really recommend visiting the lovely community of Seaside at least once - there is a lot to see and do there. We went to Panama City and took a 3-hour boat trip to Shell Island and saw dolphins on the way there and back. That was a lot of fun. Destin isn't far to the north, although I couldn't really see the beach for all the high rises there. We had such a lovely time that we plan on coming back as soon as possible!

Great 30-A Beach Vacation House
We stayed in Think Pink in July 2011, and loved it. We hope to come back next year. We are a group of three adults, two teenage girls, and one pre-teen boy. The beach was an easy walk away, and the pool was literally just across the street from the house. Then teens had a great time watching movies in the loft, and the adults enjoyed coffee and chats on the screened porch. The kitchen was well equiped, the laundry room convenient, and the bedrooms comfortable. Overall the house was clean and well-kept, and the manager was extremely helpful. The house looks just as beautiful as the pictures indicate. We drove 15 minutes over to Seaside on one day, but all agreed that we liked where we were staying better. It wasn't as crowded as Seaside. For your next 30-A vacation, we highly recommend to "Think Pink."

This is a very quiet and peaceful home. We love the front porch. It is a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee or tea. We have had many family gatherings and parties with friends here.
