This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 3 cars at the property in the designated parking spots. You can park 2 more cars on the street in front of the house. NO parking on driveway, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 5 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 11 beds, there are only 8 actual beds. The other 3 “beds” are 2 queen-size sofa beds and 1 queen-size high-quality air mattress.

• Please note that though the listing shows 2 bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed (2 queen-size beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This home is divided into 3 smaller units, all together in the same property

• This home is within a property that has other units. This one is at the front next to the street. It is not the one at the back, next to the patio. The patio area is shared with the rest of the units/guests.

• Due to old construction, water pressure may not be too strong

• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
