The condo has an air conditioner, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped gym. The new building is surrounded by street food, restaurants, and bars, three blocks from the beach and Malecon in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The street is quiet for a relaxing sleep but close to all Puerto Vallarta's fun. Grocery stores and bakeries, and coffee shops are steps away. Everything you need is within walking distance and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Enjoy a brand new building and the incredible and welcoming town of Puerto Vallarta.

This apartment offers many options for its visitors. Due to its location, one can safely walk to many food vendors, bars, and nightlife. The rooftop provides a nice escape for those who want to relax and enjoy the PV view.
What makes this property unique
The rooftop in this building has a stunning view of the bay and the mountain. At night You can enjoy a glass of wine watching the fireworks everyday from the terrace at 8:30 p.m. or work from the deck with the incredible view.
