No More than 4 vehicles allowed. Parking is designed for the driveway only. NO Parking on the grass because you will damage the lawn sprinkler system.

Please Do Not set any of the the A/C units below 70 degrees. This will cause the unit to freeze up and it will ultimately shut off and not work.

Please Do Not leave the Pool Filter/Heater running constantly. They are designed to run 6-7 hours per day and have a timer set for that.

Nice Home with a small pool!

Property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay convenient. Host was quick to respond to request and knew the area well. House is a little bit out from the beach and seemed like everything was a 45 min drive to get there. Bikes need updated and the home is in a pretty tight neighborhood with other homes all around you.

Great Stay!

This home was a wonderful place to stay! From the pool to the game room they've got you covered. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful - everything is labeled, towels are provided, supplies for the beach are on hand, they gave recommendations for the area, and they are quick to respond :) Thank you for a great experience!

Afternoon Delight was my mother-inlaw's favorite song.
It was also her dream to have a vacation home.
Unfortunately she passed before achieving that dream.
When we purchased this property we did so as a way of fulfilling her dream and named it in her honor.
Joni was all about family.
We purposely designed it for families to enjoy themselves and make great memories.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is a quiet, family neighborhood that is walking distance to parks such as Sirenia Vista where you might see Manatees in the canal & Joe Stonis where you can take the kids for some outdoor fun.
A Publix and Walgreens plaza is only 1.5 miles away, convenient for grocery shopping and whatever needs you may have.
Matlacha is close by & offers great seafood dining in a relaxed atmosphere with Bluedog restaurant.
The best sunsets are seen from Tarpon Lodge on Pine Island.

What makes this property unique

We know what we like when we travel & listened to what others have said in reviews.
A pool with a tiki-bar and ceiling fan are a must have.
When setting up our property for short term rental we made sure to incorporate the most desired amenities into our space.
For instance:
Some places have a game room, some have a work space but few have a fire pit...well, we have them all.
Our game room is also air conditioned & has some of the most desired options available including a regulation sized ping pong table, 2 person basketball shooting machine and a 10 game arcade machine plus a smart TV sitting area.
