This was a great location for those with small kids. Property is well maintained and includes pretty much all the things you need for a relaxing time at the lake. Great stay, Thanks Joanna
Everything went smooth with the check-in process. Joann was great! Communication was awesome. Cabin was wonderful with the family! Fishing was great off the dock! The neighbors were really friendly! It was a nice quiet area! Lake was nice and easy to navigate! All in all I would come again.
My sister and I spent a week here to see summer ending with beautiful sunsets. Joanna was a gracious, responsive host. The house was well-equipped with anything we needed. We brought plenty of spring water which we prefer for our coffee and drinking water.
We especially enjoyed the sunsets, the large fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Neighbors friendly and helpful if you needed them.
We would definitely stay there again!
Perfect cottage for us four women to get away from spouses, family, and the hustle of the cities. All you really need to do is pack your clothes, food and drink. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to float on the lake (stupid wind and heat), but we enjoyed catching sun on the dock and patio. There is a nice sandy bottom where you can walk in. Fun “dive bars” nearby for food and drinks when you don’t want to cook or take a chance at Bingo.
Our stay couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed and more was present. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Loved the kitchen. The beds were soft and comfy. Plenty of blankets and beach towels. Lots to do. We even baked bread while there. Grocery store near and well stocked. The lake was wonderful to view, water clear, sandy around the dock, great sunsets ,windows all around the open plan living area A most enjoyable vacation.

About the host
Hosted by Joanna
We live in the Twin Cities, have 4 kids (3 in hockey) and just don't use it as much as we wish we could. We really want you to enjoy it, its awesome! Its not really a cabin, its a home with a garage converted to a bunk house just feet from the home.
Why they chose this property
This is a family oriented property/community. Lots of cabins (because its on the best part of the lake!), lots of families, its a super fun area!
What makes this property unique
This property is one of the few in this area that has been re-built into a year round home. Taken down to the studs in '07 this will feel like a home not a cabin both from the furnishings and the furnace/central air.
