This pool terrace is also accessible from the master suite, The large entrance hall is central to all rooms and terraces. The home also offers air conditioning throughout the home, all bedrooms, living and dining area.
The pool terrace offers a bar area, sofas and chairs overlooking a large 23’ by 19’ infinity pool
The home is fully furnished, with TV in the Living Area, WIFI , Security system and safes in all the bedrooms. The home also offers beach towels and beach membership at the Sunset Crest Beach Club.
The laundry room is located on the lower level and is shared with the studio apartment located downstairs. This apartment has no access to the grounds and pool of Tilting trees.
