Views of Westport River, access to private dock and tennis court. 1+ mile to Horseneck beach and Audubon bird sanctuary. Very close to the Back Eddy, BaySide, Westporter restaurants and town center shops. Fun/music at BuzzardsBay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery. Easy access to all South Coast towns - Dartmouth, New Bedford, Little Compton, Tiverton. Providence 35 mins away, Newport 40.
Studio was finished in 2019 with bigscreen TV, double bed in main space, sleeping loft w/ double bed, kitchenette with microwave, sink, toaster oven and coffee machine. Outfitted with beach umbrellas/chairs/blankets, tandem bike, and big green egg bbq.
