Harbour View is a luxury condo with 1040 square ft of deluxe living space in its well laid out 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, private laundry room, dining for six, breakfast bistro set, balcony looking out over Victoria Old Town, the Empress Hotel, Inner Harbour, and steps from the seawalk. The second bedroom can be either a king bed or made into two twins. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have it ready for you. The main bathroom has a lovely double walk-in shower. The furnishings are deluxe and comfortable. The living room has a 42' flat screen TV, DVD player, two recliner chairs, and a lovely leather comfy sofa in the living room which pulls out to a sofa bed. The king master bedroom also has a flat-screen TV and a full en-suite.

The condo is located in the Peninsula complex which is a 5-minute walk over the Johnson Street bridge and to Victoria Old Town which is easy access to all the luxuries that will make your holiday or long-term stay in Victoria an enjoyable one. You can't beat the area as you don't have the downtown street noise but it is only a 5-minute walk to the heart of it! It is located directly on the boardwalk with access to the Galloping Goose Regional trail system. Take your choice, walk, bike, roller-blade, or kayak your way around the Greater Victoria Area. This is such a great complex we have two more units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.

Wonderful pre-fall visit!
This property was exactly what we'd hoped for. Well situated for ease of exploration, well stocked kitchen for home meal prep, and easy access parking, as we brought our car. The unit is very quiet and relaxing, older but not dated.

Unique and scenic location in Victoria
This property is a well maintained property just a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown Victoria. The benefit of staying here was the view of the city and inner harbor. There is also a lovely walkway along the water by the apartment and it's very quiet and peaceful in the evening. Apartment is well maintained and questions or queries were answered promptly. Close to a great restaurant and bakery but other dining will be a walk into the downtown Victoria.

Lovely condo that has everything you need
Loved the condo…the check-in utilizing a drop box was very convenient. Super close to the Delta Hotel so we were able to have some lovely meals. We liked that one could take a power walk or stroll along the harbor. Even better was the ability to take the water taxi and avoid driving! Will happily stay there again.

This property was great for a ladies getaway. Easy walk to everything. Nice location. The condo itself had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. They do need to add to their supply of hand towels and washcloths though. Otherwise it was great!

Stepping outside the building on to the Galloping Goose Trail for walking or cycling, having the Harbour view from your deck (& also from the master bedroom), being a few minutes to the harbour side walking trails, plus being a short walk away from city centre without the urban noise, all make for quite a perfect location to enjoy the Victoria harbour area. Having secure underground parking included was a definite plus as well.

We were able to get anywhere in town, either by water taxi or on foot from this location. Beautiful and comfortable furnishing throughout. Property manager very helpful and informative. Would love to stay here longer next time.

Close to everything.
You can indeed see Victoria's Inner Harbor from the balcony and bedroom windows of this apartment on the 3ed floor of a large apartment building. It is right next door to the large Delta Ocean Pointe hotel and an easy walk across the Johnson Street Bridge with pedestrian paths well lit even at night and you are right downtown in Victoria. Nothing much more than 20 minutes walk away. Getting into the apartment is complex and I recommend you elect to be greeted and shown the ropes by a person, instead of "self check in" which involves a complicated set of combination locks several miles away from the apartment. It does work, but I would only recommend it for second time visits to this apartment. Once you understand it it works OK. Parking is also a bit complex, expecially for a second car if you share the apartment, but all in all it works. Everything else is fine for a great stay in Victoria. Just let them show you how to get in and out, as they offer to do.

I rented this 2-bedroom condo apartment for my family members' stay over the Christmas holiday. The management team was excellent: they got in touch, stayed in touch, made options and arrangements for entry/orientation really easy, and followed up right away when we had any questions (thanks so much Heather!). The apartment is very handy to downtown Victoria as well as to the lovely walks one can take around the harbour. The place itself was spotless and had all the amenities one needed. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Victoria. I imagine it would be spectacular in the summer when one could really enjoy the waterfront!

Our Harbour View unit is located in one of the best spots in Victoria downtown as it is a 5 min walk to Old Town but is not on any of the busy downtown roads. All the guests love this bright unit and enjoy the Delta's restaurant, bar and spa next door. There is also the lovely sea walkway and the Victoria Harbour Ferry stop is right there too.

Our Harbour View unit has views of the Empress from both the master bedroom and also the patio. This unit has a very large floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
