Guests and pets will enjoy a relaxing and comfortable retreat in this newly upgraded, fully equipped, single story home. Sleeps 10 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The home overall has a luxurious and contemporary feel with all stainless steel appliances and modern furniture. All the beds have soft and fluffy down comforters and high quality sheets. Bathrooms all include premium hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and plenty of towels so less things for you to pack! Spacious & fully fenced backyard for your pets and furry friends to enjoy!

This open concept house is the perfect home away from home! Kitchen includes all pots, pans, utensil’s, cutlery, bowls, all size plates, glasses, mugs, children's dishes, towels, spices, seasonings, and basic necessities.
The Keurig coffee station has pods, teas, and sugar all included.
Huge backyard with covered patio to enjoy with the BBQ grill. Long driveway with garage that can accommodate 3 cars and 3 in front of home for total of at least 6 parking spaces! Can connect your devices with hi-speed internet. Home has 2 TVs and a Pac-Man arcade for everyone to enjoy! Brand new home in a charming neighborhood. Only .5 mile from Highway 75 and Parker exit. Walking distance to major grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, and shopping centers. Fully equipped for you! Guests receive a surprise gift!

Precious place in Plano

Nida is the greatest host I’ve had with a vacation rental. We visited to view the total eclipse and were gifted with eclipse glasses on the guest table. Such a pleasant greeting! The house has everything you would need, above and beyond. The coffee and Keurig along with cream, sugar, etc. was wonderful and stocked with many varieties. Kitchen stocked with spices, cooking oil and spray, aluminum foil, actually most anything along those lines you may need. Oh, and the garage for parking is a big plus. My only suggestion is if you plan to spend much time watching TV in the family area, you might want to bring an air mattress or something to view it from, as the furniture is arranged nicely, but not quite TV viewing friendly. My family was very thankful to enjoy this lovely home for our two night stay. Can’t go wrong staying at Nida’s place!
