Great place but bad plumbing

It is a classic home that has great charm and plenty of space for the nine of us (8 adults and a baby). Clean for the most part and great spaces for family meals and group times. Sufficient space for off road parking. The only problem was the showers. One did not drain and the other had yellow and black mold. A little better cleaning and a plumber and this would have been a 5/5.

Fantastic House & Location

This is an absolute gorgeous home! After a day in the city, this was the best spot to unwind & get ready for the next day! Three children had their own bedroom, it was on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. Even the neighbors were friendly. Absolutely will look to stay here again when in Chicago.

Cozy Stay

We felt very comfortable staying at this home. The hosts were accommodating when we had to bring our dog at the last minute. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in the Evanston area. Thank you!
