This 5 Bedroom Home is walking distance to UF Campus, The Swamp Stadium (UF Football Stadium), Midtown, Restaurants and Dining. You’ll love this house because it's perfect for groups of friends coming into town for events or for a large family needing lodging. It's perfect for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
With 2 Large Living Areas, 5 Bedrooms, 2 Large Screen TVs, this house is perfect for large groups traveling together.
I have 24/7 on-call maintenance for emergencies and am always happy to give recommendations.
The home is located in midtown Gainesville- walking distance to UF Campus, midtown restaurants, the O'Connell Center, and the Swamp Stadium.
The house has a driveway which can fit up to 4 vehicles.
The Back yard is a shared space with the guest house.
The house has a detached guest house which is also on AirBNB. It can be rented along with the 5 bedroom home, or rented out by itself. The only shared space is the courtyard. The guest house has its own driveway on the other side of the block.
