Wedding weekend

It was a perfect property for my family for a wedding weekend. The property was well maintained and inviting. A few minor items that could be beneficial for future rentals:The outdoor deck was dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned in some time.Ice - we immediately went iut and bought ice.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Big Canoe House

This house was amazing and well appointed for cooking and a comfortable stay. Sarah was very responsive and accommodating. Our boys loved the pin pong table and my husband and I loved the views. This house is conveniently located to most of the big canoe main attractions. The beds were comfortable and everything worked in the house as it should.We can’t wait to visit again!

Lakeside paradise

The house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family gathering. We loved the multiple living rooms and large TVs. The fireplace warmed the cool mornings and evenings. The beds are comfortable and the linens so soft. The host was responsive and communication was excellent. We will definitely return and recommend to friends and family for future stays.

The unit is more spacious and atrractive than the photos show. The view of the lake on all levels was amazing. Would have liked a larger eating table for my crew, but we managed fine. Appreciated the games and books in the unit. Club house was being remideked

Beautiful home

We traveled with children 1, 3, and 10, plus 4 adults, and the accommodations were perfect. The email for check-in instructions never sent, but the host was very quick to respond to all of our questions, so no problems there. The front gate is very secure, so much so that we had a lot of trouble getting them to let us inside the resort, but once we got our names on the list, everything went smoothly. I will add, there are some issues finding the dumpsters for trash at the end of the trip. You have to go to the North Gate of the resort and then ask the staff to direct you there, but the house, views, and accommodations make up for any confusion you could ever experience along the way.

One of our favorite places!

This is our second time staying here and it has become one of our favorite annual trips. This house is so cozy and truly feels like a home. So much space, the decor is beautiful, the view/large windows are my favorite and they even have a pebble ice maker!! What more can you ask for? The beach club is 5 minutes away and paradise for the kids. Sarah is an amazing property manager who is kind, responsive and professional. Can’t wait to go back!!

Peaceful!

Beautiful experience! The home is so cute and full of bright light. It is peaceful and cozy which makes for the most perfect weekend retreat at the lake. There is also a beautiful marina where me and my friend went to during our stay and felt so at peace. Beautiful and peaceful home.

The best girls trip get away

A blissful girls' trip at the lighthouse was a highlight of the year! The interior exuded a intentional tranquility, which created a space of peace that perfectly complemented the serene surroundings and breathtaking lake views. During our 'bestie moon' (my 2 best friends are expecting), we indulged in the simple joys of togetherness - from cooking sessions to game nights, and indulging in our favorite movies. We explored scenic hiking trails and the balcony became our haven for savoring cups of coffee and sharing heartfelt conversations. The experience was nothing short of perfection, and we're already eagerly anticipating our return during warmth of summer. 11/ 10 recommend !

Best property I ever stayed

Our recent stay at this dreamy lakeside house was nothing short of perfection for our family getaway. Our teens practically claimed it as their headquarters, enjoying hours of laughter and friendly competition. It was a relief to have a space where they could unwind, leaving the adults to relax in peace upstairs. And let's talk about that balcony – a little slice of heaven overlooking the lake. Mornings were spent sipping coffee with the sunrise, and evenings were a symphony of relaxation with the calming views. It became the go-to spot for family bonding, with its serene atmosphere setting the perfect backdrop for making lasting memories. The attention to detail throughout the house was commendable. AMP getaway

My team was racing at the Atlanta Motorsports Park and we wanted a place within 30 min. of the track. This was the perfect choice. The house was beautiful and very clean. Although the house was only used at night, when not racing, the house and area had left a great impression. Everyone agreed, it would be great for a family and friends vacation getaway.

Our 6th Annual Ladies weekend away

This property is fantastic. Very clean. The views are amazing. We like to stay close enough to home yet feel like we are away from the craziness of life. This place was perfect for that. I hope it is available for our trip next year. We may even add a day.

Great stay in Big Canoe

We have stayed up at Big Canoe many times and this was by far one of the best places we have stayed. One of the best furnished homes you'll find on the mountain; we felt very much at home. Also, a great location. We will be back.
