The space
The Overtown Boutique Residence is a 8 unit apartment building located in Overtown, a historic gentrifying area of Miami. The building consists of both short-medium-and long term rentals. This apartment (unit 3) was just recently completely upgraded from top to bottom with new furnishings and fixtures, including all new bathroom, kitchen, flooring, Hi speed business WIFI, central air, and in unit washer and dryer. kitchen essentials for meal prep are included as well. A dedicated work space for the digital nomads is provided. This unit is designed for you to show up and enjoy all of what Miami has to offer be it for work or play.

The entire apartment is at your disposal. The entry door is accessed using coded locks.

This unit offers central air and in unit washer and dryer for your comfort and convenience.
Absolutely no smoking. $500 fee assessed. Smoking is allowed outside of the unit.
