Joyous getaway

It was great!
We stayed at the property the week of 4th of July. The view to the bridge where the fireworks were held was amazing. We took many wonderful photos. Overall our stay was great. Just I would like to offer a suggestion to add a non-slip mat in the bathrooms and clean the floors better. There was sand all over the place when we first checked in.

Great location
This is our 3rd time staying at Dockside and the first in this condo. The location is perfect for walking to anywhere on Clearwater beach. The condo is spacious and the kitchen well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Perfect for a family. They had an emergency repair to the pool and the manager had us a new pool to use right across the street within 20 minutes of contacting them. Perfect customer service. The condo has beach chairs, toys, fishing poles and everything we needed so we didn’t have to rent chairs at the beach. The condo was super clean other than the cloth couch had stains or dirty spots but it’s white so that’s bound to happen with white cloth. Our only complaint is the A/C unit can’t be turned down lower than 72 per the note on the wall in the unit. In the past when we have stayed in the fall that was fine. This time in June it was really hot in the condo at night to sleep. Fans were provided in every room and that helped. It just got stuffy at night. Would highly recommend this property, especially if traveling with a family.

The location was as expected and is convenient to beach and many restaurants. The property was clean and had the amenities listed. Toaster and coffee pot could use an upgrade. Some of the cutlery is old and could be replaced. Wish there were stools for the bar. Had a problem with GCFI outlets but it was resolved. Shower head in bathroom behind kitchen is terrible.

Could use a cleaning
When we checked in we found all beds made with dirty sheets. Hair and sand in every bed. Management did offer us tickets for something fun to do as I didn’t want to wait for a cleaning crew to correct the issue and washed them myself. This unit could benefit from a deep clean and maybe a fresh coat of paint. The walls are filled with smudges and dirt from what I would imagine are finger prints and the cabinets in the kitchen is covered in gunk from not being cleaned, the appliances covered in dust from lack of wiping down. Plumbing needs to be addressed with slow flushing toilets and there was barely any hot water when needed. The location is great for walking to the beach and around Clearwater but this unit was a disappointment. I’ve stayed in other units in this building and enjoyed it in years past but probably would choose to stay in this listing again.

Wonderful family getaway
We rented 404 Dockside -husband,wife son, daughter in law and 2 granddaughters 7 & 4 1/2 for 2 weeks. We had a fabulous time the condo was clean and decorated beautifully. The location was within walking distance to the beach, and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

We are a family of 6 and enjoyed our stay. There are 4 beds so a couple kids had to share one or they could have used the couch. The pool was very nice and the view of the dock and water was nice. The private patio in the back was also very nice. The walk to the beach was not too far and, although there are rented chairs/umbrellas at the beach, we were able to find a spot to put up our umbrella every day in front. It was great that there were chairs and umbrella provided. The property management company was great with communication and addressing any questions or concerns. This was a very nice place and we would stay there again.

Loved this condo it was perfect for me and my kids beautiful view of the bay and view of the ocean from the bedroom balcony. Short walk to the beach plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The condo is equipped with everything you need can’t wait to come back.

This was a wonderful vacation! The room was set up just as described!! 3 bedroom, 2 bath a wonderful balcony to watch the sunset and a beautiful peaceful waterview for the morning coffee! Had a coupke amall things, called and aomwone return my call wothin a few minutes - very prompt service!!! Pool was great, short walk to beach! Only neg was to elevator is pretty slow - but not a deal breaker! Would love to return!!!

Great Find close to South Beach!
What a great 3 bedroom condo for the price of our stay! Everything was clean and live-in ready. They had everything, down to a portable fan for each of the bedrooms. The pots and pans- I need to get me a set! The elevators were a little wonky, but the stairs work just as well if you're capable. There were two times we waited for about 5 mins and then just used the stairs. The unit has a fantastic view of the dock side and we got to see dolphins close up. A short 10 minute walk landed us right on the beach and we were within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. It's about a 15 minute walk to get to Pier 61. If we go back, we will definitely scope this place back out!

We would definitely stay here again. Got to watch dolphins from the deck area. Very clean. Only thing is there is no dishcloths or dishtowels. Also the pool chairs are the most uncomfortable chair I have sat in. Assuming this isnt the responsibility of the owner of codo.
