Originally built in the nineteenth century, this home underwent a gut renovation in 2022. The home has a large, year-round heated pool, outdoor kitchen, tropical landscape, custom furniture, locally commissioned artwork, and a chef's kitchen.
The Space:
You’ll be enjoying the entire house and private backyard/ pool area. The house and backyard/pool area are equipped with fast wifi and the house was designed to be enjoyed for both vacations and remote working.
The Backyard/ Pool
The backyard is a true oasis complete with a spacious pool (heated during the winter), an extra large dining table, and an outdoor kitchen.
The Dining Room
The dining room has a large custom built dining table that can comfortably seat 10 people.
The Living Room
The living room has comfortable chairs, a large sectional, a 80” HDTV, and double glass sliders leading to the backyard.
The Kitchen
The kitchen has a large refrigerator with filtered water and ice making, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. A coffee bar with local coffee is provided.
The Bedrooms
All five bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, crisp hotel-quality percale sheets, full length mirrors, and blackout curtains.
The Bathrooms + Laundry
The bathrooms feature Malin + Goetz amenities. There are multiple ironing boards and irons.
The Neighborhood:
The house is centrally located between the French Quarter and Garden District. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a five minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District.
Getting Around:
Streetcar: We're a 5 min walk to the St. Charles Streetcar which goes to both the French Quarter and Garden District.
Driving & Walking Times:
Downtown/Warehouse District: 3 minute drive
French Quarter: 6 minute drive
Garden District: 5 minute drive
Superdome: 4 min drive
Parking: There's free on-street parking and you’re allowed to park overnight.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.
For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back doors of the house; the pool is within the coverage area of the device. All cameras are exterior only.
Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
