Beautiful location, beautiful panorama of the lagoon, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The location is very quiet but also convenient. Within walking distance of the shopping center. The interior is completely new and modern. All linen and towels are included in the price. Washing machine, dryer and iron are provided. The pool can be heated. The house is air-conditioned with central air circulation and in winter the heating is activated via the floor.

This neighborhood is truly unique. It has an incredible view on the lagoon , very quiet neighborhood, practical and close to the village, the lagoon, the sea and on top of that a south oriented west view protected from wind.
