Gouverneur Beach is just a short drive away, as are the beaches at Saline and St-Jean. Shops, restaurants, and bars are available in Gustavia, under 10 minutes away by car. Living Spaces: Spread across a series of pavilions and bungalows, the living spaces at Palm Springs Villa are sublime. The main house features the living room and kitchen, with ingenious floor-to-ceiling windows opening to the view. The relaxing living room features a pair of sofas and a luxurious ottoman, ideal for unwinding. Sinking in here with a coffee, a good book, or a movie on the flat-screen TV is a great way to spend your day. From this cozy vantage point, the ocean views are incredible. Kitchen and Dining Room: Next to the living room is Villa Palm Spring’s gourmet kitchen. Equipped with the latest appliances, it can handle any culinary challenge thrown its way. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion The dining table is on the covered terrace next to the living room, although thanks to the unique design you’ll feel as if you’re still in the main pavilion. There’s seating for up to 10 guests, making it a fabulous setting for gourmet meals in the cool evening air. Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms at Palm Spring Villa, spread over the two levels to ensure the utmost privacy for each guest. Stylish prints from photographer Slim Aarons give each room a vintage feel, while TVs provide entertainment. In the main house is a 600-sq. ft. master suite, complete with an ensuite bathroom, his and her dressing areas, and a pebble-stoned rain shower. Two other bedrooms are below the master bedroom, each with an ensuite bathroom. A separate bungalow beyond the pool is home to the final two bedrooms, each spacious and quiet. Both rooms feature an ensuite and a private terrace, with vistas over the hills towards the shimmering Caribbean. Outdoor Features: The outdoor living spaces at Villa Palm Springs are sublime. There’s space to relax in the sun or shade, enjoying the glorious Caribbean weather on lounges or sunbeds. Next to the main house is the outdoor living area in a stylish pavilion. A glass wall at its back reveals a tropical garden, while in front are the stunning views of the Caribbean. Steps away, the heated infinity pool is another tempting spot to kick back and enjoy the good life. For days at the beach, Gouverneur is a few minutes away by car, while within 10 minutes you could be lazing on the beach at St-Jean or Saline.
