Villa Ti Chato is Creole for Little Castle. While the villa might not be everyone’s definition of a castle, it does have majestic views over the bay of Toiny, and is walking distance from the beach. With its wooden shingle siding, the natural exterior nicely contrasts with the modern design inside. Villa Ti Chato is nearly identical to villa Luffy, just below. It has the same layout and amenities. The fully air-conditioned main room with kitchen and living room, opens up to the covered dining area with the pool, and gorgeous ocean views. The modern, spacious kitchen has several preparation areas and an island with seating, and the adjacent living area has comfortable seating. The entertainment center offers U.S. and French satellite and AppleTV, and a BlueTooth audio system. Both bedrooms, located on either side of the living room, open to an ocean view. Each has a dressing and ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a U.S. king-size bed, and the other has two twins that can be made up as a U.S. king bed. While the bedrooms are air-conditioned, there are screens on the doors for those who prefer to sleep without. Outside is the spacious deck and outdoor dining, with a small pool on the edge. There’s ample space to enjoy the breeze while baking in the sun, or hike down a little path down to the beach. This villa is ideal for a family, surfers, as well as two couples vacationing together.
