Redbud - Cozy Cabin with Relaxing Hot Tub!

Relax and UNWIND in the cozy Redbud Cabin. Located just minutes off of US-33, its close to hiking, canoeing, biking, etc. yet it's nestled in the middle of Wayne National Forest. With 100's of acres of trees all around, this property is so quiet and tranquil, allowing you to hear all the birds singing as you are relaxing in the pristine HOT TUB or taking a stroll around the pond. Inside, the cabin is quaint and cozy, but has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher and plenty of pots/pans, plates and utensils to stay in and cook dinner. A COFFEE BAR is set up for you to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee when you wake up. The main area of the cabin is the bedroom/living room, where you can relax and watch TV from the Rustic queen size bed or on the loveseat. The cabin is equipped with a smart TV and FREE Wi-Fi with a High Speed Internet connection, so you can stream all of your favorite movies and shows(bring your own device). Enjoy sitting around the campfire at the OUTDOOR FIREPIT on the cool fall nights and watch the moon come up through the trees. From this cabin: Hocking Hills State Park/Old Man's Cave - 35 minutes; Lake Hope - 20 minutes; Athens/Ohio University - 20 minutes.

Perfect cabin getaway

We absolutely loved the cozy cabin! The cabin itself was clean and comfy and very, very nice. We enjoyed the sunrise on the back deck and the hot tub was an added bonus. I highly recommend this cabin for a couple who needs a perfect getaway! We didn't want to leave when it was time and we will definitely be back!

This cabin is adorable. It has everything you need. It was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. They had wood available for purchase. The owner / manager was very accommodating.

Great place, better than pictured. And, that hot tub...wow!

We were so pleased with this place. Spotlessly clean, everything was provided including linens, all cooking supplies, plates, glasses, fridge, microwave…even a dishwasher! We stayed when the weather was temperate/cool. When I turned the heat up, the heating unit was so quiet that I thought it wasn’t workin (but indeed it was). Strong, lightning-fast wifi/internet (THANK YOU!!!). Had a Smart TV that we plugged our own Roku stick into. And, the hot tub…..ohhhhhhhhh, my. We have a storage tub that we travel with to cabin rentals with all kinds of stuff in it. The only thing we used this time was our own facial tissues. The reason for the 3-stars for “location”: part of it was our fault. We didn’t realize this cabin is 30 minutes away from Old Man’s Cave, Hocking Hills State Park, Lake Hope, Lake Logan. Many (most) of the roads in this region, including the ones Google Maps routes you one to get to some of these places, are…um…”rugged”. Hairpin turns, blind hills, one lane roads, some gravel, most paved. Even some of the state routes are dicey. And, the locals are not real tolerant of anyone going under 50 mph. It’s kind of stressful. But, hey, that’s what the hot tub is for after a day of traversing the area. IMPORTANT HINT: Your navigation will take you to the Wolfe-Bennett Road address, but the driveway to the property is just a few feet around the corner on Cullission Road.

Great stay in Nelsonville!

Cabin was great! Perfect for. couple. Very clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Great yard for dogs!Perfect location for quick tips into Nelsonville. We went to a show at Stuarts Opera House Saturday night.Be sure to check out Diamond Dawgz hot dog and ice cream shop. And the Black Diamond Brewery/Distilery. You cant miss them. They share a building right on the corner as you turn to get to the cabin. Erin is a great host and is very responsive.

Romantic getaway

Great weekend getaway.

We were in the area to go to a show at Stuarts Opera House in downtown Nelsonville. This place was perfect for us. 10 minutes away. Very nice cabin for 2. Pups loved it too! Great light in cabin. Kitchen had everything you may need. Outdoor space was great. Huge yard, nice big back porch and a concrete patio with a clean hot tub. I would highly recommend.

Cozy, peaceful and incredibly clean made our 5 day stay extremely enjoyable!
