This home is perfect for the annual family vacation or even just a weekly getaway any time of the year. Located just a quick walk from the Atlantic Ocean, the home offers a private pool, hot tub and expansive deck space to watch the sunrises with your morning cup of coffee or dine al-fresco to watch the stars come out at night.
The top-level great room is spacious with high ceilings and ocean views from any angle and offers comfortable seating for TV viewing, an updated kitchen with island seating, 2 dishwashers and dining table and nook for family-style dining. The master bedroom is fully equipped with a king-sized bed and a large private bathroom with ocean views throughout. On the mid-level, each bedroom has its own bathroom and deck access, allowing every guest their own private area of the home, while the ground level offers fun for all ages with an arcade game and plenty of seating for those rainy day-movie marathons. The home offers use of the 2-car garage and has a full-sized fridge for your convenience and extra storage space for snacks and drinks to enjoy poolside.
Exploring the area: Good 2 Sea U is conveniently located within walking distance to the Timbuck II shopping center along with many wonderful stores and restaurants and offers community amenities such as private pool access in the Olympic-sized outdoor swimming pool and the use of tennis and basketball courts during your stay.
Beach Access: Head left out of driveway to Orions Way. Community beach access is at the end of the road.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
