Welcome to our relaxing, freshly updated Villa at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. Unit 106.
New furniture, and beds throughout the home!
Waikoloa Colony Villas is a private gated community of luxury townhomes on the South Kohala Coast, within the world-renowned Waikoloa Beach Resort.

The Villa is a spacious 2-story townhome with 17-foot vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining area, outdoor lanais, and a single-car attached garage.

The upstairs primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, a private outdoor lanai, and is equipped with a large smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi streaming. The downstairs bedroom also houses a luxurious king bed along with a large smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi streaming. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The living room sofa converts into a fold-out queen bed allowing for a total occupancy of 6.

The full kitchen and dining area are outfitted with everything you will need to cook at home or prepare meals for all the recreational activities the island has to offer. Barbeques are available poolside near each of the 2 pools within the Waikoloa Colony Villas gates.

The community also contains a gym/workout room, tennis court, 2 pools and a hot tub. The one-car attached garage houses all the items you'll need for recreating at the beach, pools and tennis court, as well as two bicycles for a leisurely ride around the Waikoloa area.

A full-sized washer/dryer is on the downstairs level of the townhouse.

Dedicated parking is right outside the front entry.

Incredible

My family stayed for four nights and we simply selected the most amazing property for our stay. Home was spotless, wonderfully decorated, everything we could have needed from the kitchen to the garage filled with every manner of beach fun Imaginable - it was just a perfect choice. Would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Owners were very responsive with pre trip communication and recommendations once on island. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely Perfect!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this property. Andrew and his wife have done an incredible job preparing it for families to use while on vacation. The condo itself is very clean, beautiful and has everything you might need while on vacation in Kona. The neighborhood is also absolutely gorgeous.

Modern, stylish, clean and well equipped

We had a fabulous stay at Andrew’s Townhouse. It is super clean and stylish, clearly newly renovated. We have stayed multiple times at other townhouses at Waikoloa Colony Villas and Andrew’s townhouse stands out for its stylish interior design, cleanliness and for being equipped with everything you might need to enjoy the nearby beautiful beaches. The kitchen is spotless with modern appliances and everything you might need to cook meals. They even thought of details like USB-chargers at each side of the bed and modern smart-TVs. We will definitely return as the townhouse and the host gets the highest marks from us.

Amazing host and super clean property.

I’m in awe of the effort the host had put in to make our stay comfortable. The property was super clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable. Everything I needed in the kitchen were available. Property is in excellent location, close to shops and restaurants and beaches. We will be back! Maholo!!!

Superb, Modern Property with all the Amenities

Modern, relaxing and nicely located property that enables visitors to take advantage of all the items the Big Island offers. Amenities such as bikes, golf clubs, and beach gear allows one to fully embrace an active vacation. Hosts were attentive and property was fully stocked with vital small appliances, sundries, and household products. Could not have asked for more.

Amazing condo

The condo was very well appointed! Everything you could need in the kitchen. Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. The garage was stocked with beach/snorkel/ swim gear, 2 bikes, reusable bags for groceries and so much more. We appreciated the coffee pods for morning coffees and the shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the showers. Literally just pack some clothes and go. Andy was a great host and answered all questions quickly! Would book again in a heartbeat! We were 2 adults and 3 kids (16,14,11) and had ample space!

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. Everything was exactly as pictured. The location was great, and the grounds are beautiful. We especially enjoyed riding the bikes early in the morning on the great bike paths. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing Hawaii Vacation!

Big Island Paradise

Hosts Valery and Andrew were wonderful. We really enjoyed our vacation at Big Island paradise!!! We loved the newly remodeled home, very comfortable home, 2 king size comfortable beds, very clean. All of the amenities were absolutely wonderful including: new kitchen, loved the coffee bar, comfortable living room, relaxing outside patio, great quiet location within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, HOA included excellent 2 pools, spa, and tennis/pickleball courts. The garage was stocked with everything you would need for the beach, towels, tennis and pickleball rackets, 2 bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. We look forward to coming back to the Big Island paradise with our family!!!

Great condo for a family.

This condo could not have been more perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed plus more. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, cooler for the beach, reusable bags, etc. it’s close to great restaurants and beaches and is quiet and peaceful at night.

Confort de rêve

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de la maison pour le confort, la propreté des lieux, les robes de chambre, les lits, les draps, de la quantité de produits nécessaires dont on se passerait d acheter quand on fait 13 heures d’avion. La décoration sur le thème des baleines et les couleurs représentatives du bord de mer. Félicitations L’accueil sympathique des hôtes à notre égard était plus que wow. De plus, trois beaux minous dont je me suis occupée dehors en les nourrissant, c’était une première expérience pour nous, nous avons deux yorshires à la maison imaginez des hôtes qui prennent soin des animaux en nous fournissant la nourriture alors imaginez tout le confort de cette maison. Nous leur souhaitons du succès pour l’avenir. Il va s’en dire que pour avoir une qualité comme cette maison il faut que les clients qui réservent soient respectueux des biens autant de l’intérieur que les biens extérieurs afin que les futurs clients soient aussi satisfait que nous, nous tenons aussi à remercier le personnel qui en prennent soin. Merci beaucoup je donnerais plus que 5 étoiles 10 et plus.

Waikaloa Colony Villas - 2 bedroom unit

Great unit close to one of the pools and at the end of the road so not much traffic. Clean and well stocked in both the kitchen and the garage with all the beach toys you want. Beds were very comfortable, great pressure in the shower We arrived late and asked the owner to see if they could get us a few supplies and they did fabulously, so we had coffee and breakfast supplies for the next few days. Some great BI brews as well. Thanks so much for the stay, it was great. Love the kitty visits as well.

Beautiful newly remodeled and decorated townhome. Lots of beach equipment in a well organized garage. Very comfortable beds and new furniture throughout the home. Nice coffee bar to make your morning coffee, and whole home stocked with extras for your stay.

Beautiful town home in Waikoloa

The property looks even better than the pictures! Check in was easy. You are able to park right next to the house. The home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The balcony and dining room patio over look the garden where you can say hello to the animals that may visit ☺️ the home is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and market. We made good use of the well stocked garage with everything you need for our door activities. The beach is just a short trip away. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Villa in Waikoloa

Beautiful cozy villa, and it was stocked with everything to make yourself feel like being at home. The pool was a great place to relax and see the stars at night. Beds comfy, kitchen stocked with everything for cooking meals at home and gear in the garage for a beach day. We would certainly visit again. Thanks for a great stay.

Great condo, Great Host!!!

Thank You Andrew, it was great time staying in Your place and enjoying Hawaiian life style on Big Island. We can’t complain on anything. Condo was extremely clean, 100% ready for tenants, All loaded with staff that need to stay for couple weeks, A lot of stuff in garage to use , simply everything that need to bring on beach, tennis court ,plus bicycles was there. Very good location inside community as well. Also great communication with any questions. Next time our baggage bags will be much smaller. We definitely recommend this place to stay!!!

We chose the Waikoloa Resort because of its proximity to the best beaches and restaurants on the Big Island. The Waikoloa Resort is also a very safe and clean environment for a family destination.

What makes this property unique

Newly renovated and furnished. Plus you'll never struggle to find parking, as the dedicated parking space for this townhouse is right outside the front door. The condo is located on the end of Colony Villas closest to the ocean and the Hilton resort. The secondary gate entry/exit is also very near, allowing easy access to the condo. Many nearby restaurants are walkable from the condo.
