Located on the beautiful southeastern Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica and within Gandoca-Manzanillo wildlife Refuge, Villa Noor is the perfect getaway for absolute tranquility. With its private access to a magnificent unspoiled beach, Villa Noor sits on 5 acres of tropical garden where you can find giant rainforest trees, a small creek, birds, iguanas, howler monkeys and other wildlife species.
The House:
Villa Noor has all the commodities of a modern house: Wi-Fi, smart TV (Netflix), fully equipped kitchen, hot water, etc. The property has its own private road to get to the sandy almost-deserted beach (just 100 meters - less than 5 min walk). The house has 2 floors (220m2) and can accommodate up to 12 people. On the first floor, there is three bedrooms with double size beds, two bathrooms, a spacious open living/dinning area with a couch, armchairs, a plasma TV, etc. Also, there’s a dinning area that can seat up to 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stoves, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pans, cutleries, chinaware, etc. On the second floor, there are 2 more bedrooms: one with queen + single bed and the other room with a double bed. There is another single bed in the hallway and a third bathroom. You will definitely enjoy the spacious chilled-out terrace with its beautiful tropical garden view, its 2 hammocks and comfortable seats.
Nearby villages and activities:
Manzanillo and Puerto Viejo are a unique Caribbean blend of local Costa Rican people, Jamaican descendants, indigenous people, worldwide expats, tourists, surfers, backpackers, etc. The atmosphere and energy in that area is very laid-back and relaxed.
Manzanillo (600m) is a small fishing village with a few restaurants, grocery shops and small boutiques. Make sure you don’t miss Manzanillo’s famous seafood restaurant: Maxi’s. Puerto Viejo (13 km) is a very chilled-out village where you will find more options for restaurants, bars, nightlife entertainments, etc. Also in Puerto Viejo: ATM’s, drugstores, a doctor, banks, some boutiques, bigger supermarkets.
