Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a Cal king and 2 queens. Oversized deck with heaters for winter snuggles and dining. 2 full bathrooms. Open plan living, kitchen and dining, lovely fireplace. Close to Lake Arrowhead, Lake Gregory, Sky Park, and Snow Valley. This is the perfect home to enjoy all seasons. garage offers parking and ping-pong
Set in the beautiful Lake Arrowhead and 10mins from Lake Gregory, Sky Park, and Snow Valley this is truly an escape from the city in only 90 min from LA. Quiet neighborhood, with Mountain View, tree scape yard. The Lake Arrowhead Village offers great summer concerts, dining, and amazing views of the lake. Great vintage shopping or hiking on one of the many trails. Sky Park has lots of fun for all ages, from ice skating, and beer festivals to mountain bike riding. The mountains are calling you!

HOUSE RULES -Have a fantastic stay! -Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 am to 9 pm -Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 am to 10 pm -This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours. -This is not a “Party House” Please treat the home with the love and care the owners do. -No underage drinking -No drug use of any kind, including marijuana. -No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee. -No outdoor fires of any kind
