Upon your arrival, our staff will greet you and ensure that your fridge is stocked with a selection of beers, soft drinks, and bottled waters. If you wish, they can also arrange for breakfast to be prepared in-house or assist with grocery shopping.

Picture yourself enjoying a delicious latte and a plate of sweet mango while basking in the refreshing sea breeze and admiring the breathtaking views of the ocean and pool from our indoor outdoor living room and Jacuzzi room. Our penthouse offers ample space and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Look no further, Playa Penthouse will be your favorite destination in all of Playa del Carmen. All of our clients agree and have left only 5 star reviews. We are honored to say that we have hosted wonderful guests over the years who have come back repeatedly, many of whom are celebrities from all over the world.
We offer over 7000 sqft of dynamic living space. We have 6 master suites with 7 bathrooms for your comfort and privacy.
Every bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks ocean, pool and city views. All bedrooms are enormous master suites with private bathrooms.
We have two living rooms all indoor outdoor living.
One of our favorite rooms is the jacuzzi living room. It is a perfect gem for your group or family to gather at any time of day. Open the sliding glass doors, and sit in your private jacuzzi with a glass of champagne and watch the flat screen tv all the while enjoying the expansive sea views.
We also have two webber bbqs for your cooking pleasure.
Magia complex boasts 24 hour security, state of the art gym, two swimming pools, expansive green lawns, comfortable longe beds and sofas, and underground parking garage.

We are the most centrally located location in all of Playa and all amenities, restaurants, shops, and bars are steps away.
We are steps from world famous Mamitas Beach Club. (Not for walking impaired/ acts of god such as weather is not in my control )

Even better than the photos!
We loved our stay here! As soon as we walked in, we were in heaven. As a bachelor party of 12 we needed a lot of room but there was way more than enough and more than enough places to sleep. The rooftop also has an amazing view and the hot tub was a plus. I had to reschedule because of COVID but Stephanie made it easy and let us rebook free of charge. 10/10 would stay again

The property is great, the location is unbeatable and Juan, who helps around the apartment, is a really nice person. Had a perfect stay, 10/10 would stay again. Even the security personnel around the building is great.

Great long weekend in amazing penthouses!
We had an amazing time here on bachelor party weekend with 8 people. Stephanie was great to coordinate with (very quick response time) and Cruz (who takes care of the cooking/cleaning/shopping) was amazing as well. The connected penthouses were perfect, with plenty of rooms, big beds, and great bathrooms. The location was great as well, everything is within walking distance. If you are looking to stay in the heart of Playa, definitely book here!

Great place, great service, great location!
First, I got to say that Stephanie, the owner of this location was fantastic throughout the process. Second, the service in this place is amazing. We had a lady clean and cook for us every day while we were staying here. Third, the location is just fantastic. Everything is walking distance and when I mean everything I really mean everything. Also, the condo is very nice decorated and the rooms are very spacious. Without a doubt, I will stay here next time I am visiting Playa del Carmen. Again, thank you Stephanie for this great experience.

Huge condo with plenty of space--perfect for groups
I came to Playa del Carmen with a group of 13 girls for my bachelorette weekend. Prior to arriving, I had multiple questions & requests for our stay which I relayed to the owner, Stephanie, through the HomeAway app. Stephanie replied promptly every time and ensured my requests were met: I gave her a grocery list and asked that a cook come make us breakfast & guacamole in the mornings. It was lovely. Pros: 1. The Magia complex is very safe and secure. A guard is on duty 24/7 and one cannot gain access to the grounds without entering a large gate with a code. You also must have a wrist band to be on property, which the guard supplies. 2. The pool/general complex was beautiful, well maintained, and only a short walk to the beach & main drag. Stephanie's apartments (the property is divided into two, multi-level adjoining apartments) are also very clean and well cared for. 3. The rooms and adjoining bathrooms are quite large and well appointed. Stephanie even supplied little emergency toiletries in each bathroom. Cons: 1. When we checked in, Stephanie's usual property manager was out of town, so she sent another colleague to request payment for the groceries, supply the wifi password, etc. Unfortunately, this colleague did not speak any English which made the process a bit difficult. She was, however, incredibly sweet and we figured everything out. It was just a tad confusing to begin with. 2. The bathroom towels are old & thin and need to be replaced. However, Stephanie supplies plenty of pool towels which we appreciated. 3. There really isn't a good kitchen space in which to congregate. Both kitchens are much more like a "kitchenette" and do not afford a cook with much space or appliances to work with. All in all, we would definitely stay in Stephanie's property again. Magia's views, proximity to the town's attractions, security, and bedroom & bathroom aesthetics/amenities were perfectly enjoyable. Thank you to Stephanie for letting us stay in such a lovely home for my bachelorette weekend!

Wonderful accommodations in the perfect location in Playa
This penthouse is perfect for groups of families or parties. We had 7 guys there at a bachelor party and had an amazing time. The place has a rooftop deck with amazing views and one afternoon, we hired a small mariachi band to play during sunset. The staff was extremely nice and kept the place looking great every day. The location can't be be beat. It's one block from 5th avenue, and basically half way between Mamitas beach and the center of the entertainment district. In fact, it's as close as you can get to the biggest bars without hearing the music from your bedroom. I highly recommend this place.

Spacious Stylish- Modern Condo for a family or friends in Playa
We recently stayed at this beautiful, stylishly-appointed, modern, spacious and fully equipped condo in a beautiful resort-like condo tower in a most central location in Playa del Carmen within steps of the beach and the Quinta Avenida (Playa's restaurant, bars and shopping pedestrian row). We were traveling with children and adults alike, and we truly enjoyed ourselves in this very generously and modernly appointed condo with ocean views and terraces. The all-ensuite bedrooms were clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, many with flat TVs and some with balconies/ocean views. The living areas were equally stylishly appointed and spacious for gathering, enjoying drinks/ cocktails and playing games with the family. The sweeping ocean and resort vistas were gorgeous. There are two beautiful swimming pools and plenty of lounging areas and a gym. The Condo is a welcome respite and quiet oasis from the bustle that is Playa. It is also secured with safety guards and controlled access. We would come back to stay here next time we are in Playa del Carmen.

It was almost exactly like the description stated.
We had 13 people, 5 kids and 8 adults and had plenty of room and bathrooms. We knew there were stairs but it was no different than upstairs in our house. The air conditioning went out 3 times in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. Each time Cruz sent a repair man but the time it went out on Sunday no one could come until Monday. Stephanie replied very quickly to my e mails and suggested we buy a fan. We walked to Mega and did that but it took 1/2 day of our vacation. Construction on the roof made access impossible. Thus, our planned family photo impossible with the only views of the ocean from there. I was disappointed the kitchen area was so under stocked. The sink is about 12" square which was hard to even rinse glasses. The kitchen had no paper products and the spice rack didn't even have salt. I have never stayed in a condo where there wasn't even bottled water! Marco brought a gallon of water the next morning we arrived but by then we found a tiny store to get some so we could brush our teeth. I felt very safe and the guards did an excellent job watching the doors and making sure only guests entered. One last thing. The condo is about 1/2 block from the beach but that's where the fishing boats tie up. We had quite a longer walk to find chairs which was difficult for my husband.On the plus side, the condo was very clean and enough chairs for everyone to relax. We loved the huge kitchen table!!

Very nice apartments!!
We rented both apartments for a total of 12 people. It was very comfortable for all of us. We had ocean views from one of them. The only thing that I would improve is the lighting. In the common areas it was not enough. There were also TVs in every room but not in the living room. Marco, the manager was extremely nice and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. It´s very well located, just steps from the beach and 5ta Avenida.

Great experience in Playa del Carmen.
Great accommodation for a big family, Location is excellent, amenities are nice. 3 level apt with nice touches. Dealing with Stephanie and Marcos was extremely helpful, they are trust worthy and very willing to help whenever in need. I do recommend anyone who wants to rent this apt, I will do it again myself.

Great location
The property is in a great location and is very nice. I rented two units for my husbands 50th birthday and had a large party of 14 adults. The accommodations were large enough to accommodate us all. We did have one issue upon arrival. The second unit I rented was already occupied and it took almost the entire first night of our rip to figure it out and find a second unit. Marco was very helpful, but it was a stress that should not have occurred since I rented the units months ago. But once that was fixed it was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Playa.

This place is nothing short of spectacular. The view is priceless, beds super comfortable, open spaces more than plenty, the supportive staff alone is worth their weight on gold. super easy access to both the beach and central shopping area. Would go back in a heart beat.

Perfect location, amazing view, overall an incredible place
This penthouse is nothing short of spectacular. Everything from the ocean views to the perfect location, 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the main shopping street. I hosted 15 guests for my wife's 40th birthday party. With both units we had plenty of privacy, space to spread out, multiple common areas to hang out, not to mention an amazing roof top deck for sipping sunset cocktails. my wife and I have already talked about doing a reunion trip here with the group in a few years!

Great trip
Overall it was a great trip. Condo was right in the center of everything. Everyone was very helpful. Some things to know: - Huge bedrooms, there are 4 master bedrooms. Each has its own bath and two of them have double king beds. - Unit has three floors. Downstairs are two bedrooms, middle floor is kitchen and two living room areas, upstairs are two more big bedrooms. There are no bathrooms on the middle living/kitchen floor - Great location, close to beach and 5th Avenue shopping/restaurants - Outside of building and some finishes in the unit could use updating/attention but nothing major - Stairs are steep, have to watch your step - Marco, the manager, was very responsive, let us borrow a van for the day which was great - Construction in advance of season made the weekdays a little loud. Areas of the pool area were roped off. Pool area was nice, lots of furniture and places to hang out. When the work is done should be a really nice spot. No glass ware allowed, the security guard will provide plastic cups. - No view to the beach, unless you go to rooftop which is a little treacherous - Owner and manager had lots of great suggestions for restaurants, ask for them and go.

The location of the Magia complex is perfect.
We enjoyed being one block from the beach and one block from 5th avenue. The personnel at the complex were very friendly and we always felt safe. The pool was the most outstanding feature of our stay. Our only problem was that there were no hand rails (either in the condo or the complex) and the condo steps were quite steep. We are all over 60 and would recommend this condo to younger knees.

While there are many unique properties in Playa, none is more centrally located than this one. This condo is located steps from the heart of the pedestrian walk way, close to charming restaurants and shops, and also on the water front. You have everything you could need at your finger tips without having to drive. It is a perfect location. the condo is very large and quiet. You have 2 living rooms so that everyone can have their privacy. You can lounge in 2 pools, or use the gym. You also have 24 hour door man. It is a quiet oasis in the heart of all the that Playa has to offer. You can walk to all the beaches and beach clubs in all of Playa. You can try a different beach each day. They are all unique and beautiful. The property and the condo are very spacious. THE LARGEST CONDO AVAILABLE FOR RENT IN ALL OF PLAYA. I can also rent you my unit next door which has 2 additional bedrooms if you need more space for extra people.
