This home is a two story modern beauty which is also rented out as two separate units as well so each floor of this home has a separate private front and back entrance, each floor has a kitchen and each floor has it's own bathroom, dining area and living room. This home is close to everything downtown Tacoma has to offer Museums, nightlife, theaters, Tacoma Dome events, UW Tacoma, Convention Center, etc. Private parking in the back. Just a four minute walk (0.2 miles) to the Tacoma Link Light Rail!
