Nestled among the sandy dunes of Fort Morgan, this spacious escape boasts incredible Gulf views, eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, two kitchens, and an unbeatable location just steps from the beach (by way of a direct walking path). During peak season, there are even beach chairs and canopies available to enhance your sandy excursions. Spend your days fishing, sunbathing, or swimming in the crystal waters, and then indulge in complete modern comfort back at home.

Boat rentals, local charter services, and waterfront dining can be found right across Fort Morgan Road and the Fort Morgan State Historic Site is less than two miles away. From here, you can catch the ferry over to Dauphin Island. Gulf Shores and Destin area attractions are about 20 miles east.

The home is actually divided into two separate apartments - each fully furnished for standalone living, making this a great choice for an extended family getaway or a reunion with friends. If you didn't get your fill swimming earlier in the day, go for a refreshing dip in either of the shared pools or a soothing soak in the hot tub, just steps away. Fitness enthusiasts can get a good workout in at the fitness center as well.

The shaded deck underneath the home sets the stage for coastal cookouts while the covered porches on either side of the house come furnished for leisurely outdoor lounging as you enjoy the picturesque views.

Inside, ample windows, vaulted ceilings, and an open-concept layout create a bright and inviting ambiance that sets the perfect tone for your stay. Lounge in either living room as you watch something on the TVs there. When you get hungry, both of the fully-equipped kitchens are sure to please the group chef. Indulge together with bar seating or the dining area next to it. Separated by a large divider door, the space feels like one large house, yet gives your guests privacy, should they want it. As the day's adventures come to a close, any of the many bedrooms ensure your group will sleep soundly. Everyday essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

If this property is used for an event, an event fee of $1,500 for additional usage and wear and tear will be added to the normal rental rate. Guest is responsible for informing Prickett Properties, LLC of any events that will be taken place during their stay. Additional details about events will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
