Recently remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with ample room for up to 6 guests. You will feel like you are in your home away from home. The location of this house is everything. Just blocks from the 826 expressway and within walking distance from the Marlins Stadium. You will stay in an authentic Miami neighborhood and experience how it feels to be a local in multicultural Miami.

5 mins to Downtown, brickell, Wynwood & the port of Miami
10 mins from Miami Airport

You will have access to the entire house which includes 2 bedrooms 1 bath, kitchen, dinning room & living room. You will also have access to the washer and dryer during your stay. Feel like your in your home away from home where the location is great for sightseeing all that Miami has to offer.

Guest will have access to the entire house and laundry area. 2 parking space is assigned. Please observe the checkin time is 4pm due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow an early checkin. If you require an early checkin we recommend you inquire about blocking the night before at a discounted rate if available to guarantee an early checkin.

I am here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away. You will be able to checkin with a lock code.

The neighborhood is within walking distance to Marlins Stadium and very close to most tourist attractions. We recommend you rent a vehicle, but uber and lyft will not be too expensive due to the close proximity to most tourist attractions.

Waze or any other map application are very reliable and will help you get around!
I highly recommend you rent a car when you arrive at the airport or use ride sharing application like Uber/Lyft. Feel free to use my code for Uber maribelm3283ui.

Please NO PARTIES AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee. You can smoke outside.
Remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you

*Absolutely NO PARTIES In case of a party we will cancel your reservation with NO REFUND of unused nights.
*Update the number of guests prior to arrival to avoid an additional guest fee of $25 per guest per night. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS CAN BE AT THE PROPERTY AT ANYTIME DURING YOUR STAY.
*Doorbell camera on site.

*Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.

*ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets. Ok
*Do not use white towels to remove your makeup. Black or gray hand towels have been provided for make up removal.
*I strongly suggest you consider purchasing 3rd party trip insurance through web sites such as www.insuremytrip.com to protect your investment from any unexpected cancellations.

*Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin a due to new disinfecting and cleaning standards to help protect our guests.
*We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly. Prices located in house manual.
