Reclining love-seat size sofa. Starter toiletries & snacks. Keurig, electric skillet, microwave, apt size fridge with freezer. Small patio w/ gas grill spring-fall. Great water pressure, high speed internet. Storage, free laundry just steps away in garage (shared only with owner). Utilities included and you have your own private entrance and uncovered parking area. We are just 5 miles from the famous Riverwalk, Alamo, & Pearl Brewing Complex and shopping. Public bus stop one house away on the corner.
