Located in Carrollton, Texas, your home away from home is conveniently located. It's just 14 miles from DFW Airport, 19 miles to downtown Dallas, and 26 miles from the AT&T Stadium and Six Flags Over Texas. In addition, there are numerous local attractions to explore around Carrollton. For outdoor enthusiasts, Stewart Creek Park is just 8.8 miles away, and the Greenbelt Disc Golf in the Nob Hill Greenbelt. For families with children, Oak Hills Splash Park offers a fun time just 4 miles away from the house. For shopping, the Frankford Village Shopping Center is a great option, and for entertainment, the BlanketTop Theater. Enjoy your stay in the vibrant city of Carrollton.

Getting Around:
In addition you can find many places to visit near to Carrollton. Such as Stewart Creek Park (8.8 milles) If you have kids! Oak Hills Splash Park is a good option! where you can have a good time just 4 milles from the house. Greenbelt Disc Golf Park just 1 mille. Frankford Village Shopping Center just 0.4 milles. BlanketTop Theater 0.7 milles

Other Things to Note:
- PET FRIENDLY STAY -

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -

Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.

- ADDITIONAL BEDROOM

The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.

- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

- NO INDOOR SMOKING -

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

- POOL AND HOT TUB -

The pool/hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door.

- LANDSCAPING -

The landscaper goes once a week.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

Please note that for reservations made through VRBO or any channel where we are collecting the payment, Ready Set Build is the merchant of record. Additionally, a $700 security deposit is required, which will be refunded 2 days after check-out, once we verify the house is in good condition.
