This beautiful home is located in north Fort Worth in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Natural light comes in throughout every part of the house. An open floor plan allows for a massive kitchen and dining space. A size-able kitchen island gives plenty of counter space. The granite countertops are easy to clean.
DFW, ATT Stadium, Globe Life, and Six Flags/Hurricane Harbor are only 25 minutes away. Downtown Dallas (without traffic) is about 45 minutes. Pet Friendly with a backyard for your fur-baby(ies) to run around in. Garage comes with a Tesla charger and fits 2 cars. There's also room for 2 more cars in the driveway. Includes basic amenities.
Equipped with an ADT security system with 24/7 active monitoring and alarms, you can rest easy. Exterior cameras also provide an additional sense of security.

I'm a Fort Worth native. I was born and raised in this beautiful city and have seen it grow into what it is today. I enjoy traveling the world and experiencing different cultures. The first time I stayed in a rental home, I fell in love with the experience. Years later, I've now had the opportunity to share my home with others and have really enjoyed this experience. While I might not always be available in person, I strive to give my guests the best experience.
Why they chose this property
This is a fairly new neighborhood. I had originally chosen to build my house here because its very quiet, new, clean, and well maintained. There is also a lot of restaurants, stores, and entertainment nearby. It is also located very close to 2 major freeways making the commute to downtown Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas more easier.
What makes this property unique
This house is a fairly new build home. It is an open floor plan with lots of natural light coming in from all directions. The rooms are spaced out, giving everyone some sense of privacy. Each bedroom has its own lock. Its located in a safe neighborhood and comes with a security alarm system, including outdoor cameras. There is also a Tesla charger attached inside the garage.
