Our 1100 Square Foot home is the only house on our 1/4 acre beachfront lot with large open lawns.
Our private property is gated and fenced.
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with luxury mattress, en suite bath and garden view.
One of our Oceanfront bedrooms has two twin XL beds with luxury mattresses.
Our additional Oceanfront bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses.

Our large and well-stocked kitchen has custom mahogany cabinets and granite countertops.
You will be cooking on our gas cooktop.
We have ample dinner seating for the chef and family.

A soft sandy beach and the warm clear Hawaiian Pacific Ocean is our front yard.
Use the private access from our front lawn to the famous Hukilau Beach and ancient Laie Bay.
Swim, snorkel, body surf or rent a stand-up paddleboard.
You will want to relax afterward on our sun-drenched lawn or sit under our shade trees with a cool drink.
You can watch the turtles or enjoy the surfers and kiteboarders.

When you are ready to explore, we are within walking distance to the LDS Temple and the BYU campus.
The grocery store, shopping and restaurants are also a short walk away.
We are a few minutes drive from the Polynesian Cultural Center and the Turtle Bay Resort for finer dining.
Historic Haleiwa, Sunset Beach and the Banzai Pipeline are a few miles more.

Perfect spot and beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Laie. The property was pristine clean on arrival and had everything we needed for 6 nights on North Shore! The location was perfect, short drive to all the main beaches and locations on North Shore but also a quiet and beautiful spot in its own right. The beach out the front of the house was beautiful, nice little sandy spot in the reef to swim not too far down. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet holiday in North Shore!

Loved Hukilau Beach Home!

Awesome Experience

I regret not staying longer. This house was so awesome. Holly was fantastic and Kevin accommodated our stay by allowing us to check out a bit later due to a late flight. I was nervous about no AC, and it did get hot at times, but it really wasn’t an issue for sleeping. We’re already planning our return trip. If you ever want to sell the house, let me know :) Thanks for everything!

Worth Every Penny

Nice people. Nice place. We all agreed that if you happen to be there during a hot stretch, it might be uncomfortable with no AC; however, it was not all that hot, so we were fine. Dining out back on the patio was very comfortable. The location makes for an easy walk to Foodland or to eat in the strip mall. For that matter, we walked to La’ie Point one day and then the Temple, BYU Hawaii campus, and the PCC on another. Kids rode the bikes they rented north to the Sugar Mill complex one evening. We even walked around the bay and over to Goat Island during low tide. The snorkeling out back does not compare to Three Tables and similar places, but it was still enjoyable to walk out back and straight away into the ocean. Like I said, this place is worth every penny for the convenience, privacy and comfort.

Wonderful!!!

Great house. Even better location. Close to Polynesian cultural center, Laie Temple. Ziplining. Dole plantation was a short 30-40 minute drive. Lots of food trucks close by. We loved being able to just walk out the door and be practically on the beach. Loved it.

This house was amazing. Perfect location- beachfront, near restaurants and groceries, many beaches and sites. The house and yard are better than in the listing pictures. We had an amazing stay! Perfect for kids! Boogie boarding, snorkeling, turtles, beach combing. A bit warm at night to try and sleep. Wonderful place.

We had an excellent time at this property! It is 5 star but would be higher if possible. The location is excellent. The place was spotless. The beach was literally past the back yard. We loved being there and we made many memories! I definitely recommend this property!

Nice place and great location

Traveled with adult children for a family vacation. First the good: the house is superbly located and the beach is right at the end of the backyard. It was adequately stocked for cooking. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. The not-so-good: the place gets very warm inside and the fans don't quite cut it. The privacy vegetation barriers block the ocean breeze (maybe?) and there is just not enough to go through the house to get it comfortable, particularly when cooking in the kitchen. Some of the cookware should be retired and replaced. Those are only things keeping it from a 5 star rating.

Wonderful Stewart Girls trip!

I took my three adult daughters on the trip to Hawaii. We fell in love with the house instantly. The site and sound of the ocean as we poured our morning coffee was out of this world. One day we changed our plans and stayed home on the patio and enjoyed the peace . We even slept on the patio a couple of nights. I recommend this house to everyone and someday We will go back.

The view and access to the beach surpassed our expectations. We did not want to leave.

We loved staying in Laie. The house was really clean. We felt like everything we needed for our stay was there. The property manager was on top of things and answered any questions we had promptly. Appreciated having the snorkeling, water shoes, flippers and boogie boards ready for our use. Even though there were houses on each side of us, it was nice and quiet. The beach and ocean were fantastic. Definitely will stay there again.

Wonderful Beach Home

We had a great stay here. Holly, the property manager, made everything perfect and literally spotless for our arrival. Even the lanai and yard were cleaned! I really appreciated this as most rentals are not that clean. She met us on arrival and I was happy that she mentioned there are rocks in the water right in front of the house. For swimming, head down the beach to the left about 5-6 houses and the conditions are perfect there. Saw turtles every day right in front of the house. 5-10 minute drive to food trucks in Kahuku if you don’t want to cook. House doesn’t have AC but does have plenty of fans. Owner was very available if needed. Would highly recommend!

Great location at Laie beach

The accommodation was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay with our two boys a lot. Everything is as described. The accommodation is located directly at the beach. You can hear and sea the sea from the patio as well as from two of the bedrooms. The third bedroom is oriented towards the street, which is the main street in Laie and quite busy. A supermarket is located in walking distance. And of course there a lot's of points of interests and activities nearby. Thanks for the beautiful stay.

Slice of heaven

This place was absolutely perfect! We booked it as a few days of transition to the islands, mostly to recover from travel and adjust to the time. It turned out so more!! The house was pristine, just as the pictures show, the beach is right at your backyard. We spent most of our time while at the house on the back porch taking it in, even saw a group of sea turtles playing in the surf. The location is also amazing, if you like quiet and calm but the convenience of getting to some of the excitement (food trucks, Sharks Cove, Turtles Beach to name a few) then this is just perfect. We’re currently on Kauai and my husband and father in law are still talking about how perfect this place is. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back.

Loved the back patio!

Wonderful home with everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay. The view and backyard privacy were outstanding! Access to the beach couldn't be easier. The living room furniture is a little "tired" (but comfortable), and it gets warm during the day with no A/C. Owner was very responsive before, during, and after. Refund of deposit was automatic and prompt.

Great Experience/Stay

First off, both Kevin & Holly were awesome during our stay there communication prior to, during and after our stay was exceptionally. This is a great property/stop. House was clean and well stocked. It was also great to have all the water items on hand (fins, boogie boards, etc), and being close to a very good grocery store awesome. Three items for awareness. One, the hot water heater is on the small side, we are a family of 5 so it required some scheduling of showers. Two, in order to get to/from the beach there is a 6ft A-frame ladder that is leaned up against the side of embankment. Three, the master bedroom is on the road side of the home, and there is a fair amount of road/traffic noise throughout the evening, this is especially true being that the windows are open to cool the home. Again, none of these are show stoppers, but are good to know for planning. Overall we would definitely book this property again.

Good place to Stay

Very nice place with great location. Getting to the beach requires you going down a ladder instead of stairs. This is the one perspective we did not like about this property. The beach is very nice and you have it to yourself. Which was a pleasant surprise. It is located near the Polynesian Center with shopping near by. Just be aware everything is closed on Sunday. There are plenty of small places to dine or as we did, you can prepare all your meals in the house. Just be aware you will need to do your own dishes as the house has no dishwasher. The three bedrooms were nice except the master is a queen and the other two rooms are have to full beds. The next time we go to Oahu this is one place we will look for.

Amazing, peaceful spot on the Laie Bay.

Peaceful, comfortable house and quiet neighborhood with close by limited grocery stores, and food trucks with variety of local fresh food. Beautiful, island- sheltered, sandy bay two-minute walk down the beach great for swimming, body and boogie board surfing. There is a few step climb down to the beach from the back yard, which might be a challenge for some. We enjoyed a short sea kayak trip out to Goat Island, seabird sanctuary, right from our beach. We were joined by a seal swimming next to us while kayaking. We spent half our vacation days relaxing right at the house and beach and half seeing other areas of Oahu--the North Shore, where we watched sea turtles at turtle beach and professional level surfers, and trips into Kailua and to Hanauma Bay marine nature preserve. Wonder family stay, away from the crowds.

Perfect Spot

After looking at several other places, my husband and I decided to book this one for our family of 5 and we couldn't have been more pleased. The location and privacy were amazing. We woke up early and enjoyed our coffee watching the sea turtles swim. Although the home is pretty far from the big city, there are several great places to visit close by (Polynesian Cultural Center, zip lining at Keana Farms). We stocked up on groceries and then enjoyed the local food trucks. My only piece of advice is to bring water shoes because the water directly behind the house is pretty rocky, otherwise the house came equipped with EVERYTHING we needed. Kevin, his wife, Laura, and the house manager, Holly, answered all of our questions before and during our trip. We cannot wait to book this little gem again.

Sweet as an Pineapple!

Our party of four adults enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Check-in was easy and contactless. When we arrived to the beach house the owners gifted us a sweet ripe pineapple that filled the whole place with it's sweet fragrant, it was delicious btw! Plenty of room and very spacious. Kitchen was big and well equipped. We loved that it was right next to the beach and great photo opportunity. The beach house came with everything you needed to play on the beach such as; beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling supplies, bogie board, and many more! We saw and capture a beautiful rainbow over the waves on the beach during our stay. Very close to all North Shore attractions, grocery stores, and PCC. Kevin was awesome! He was very informative and gave us great suggestions and tips, we appreciate it very much!

Nice property at a great location

Beachfront house has a large, beautiful sandy beach that runs along the back of property with postcard ocean views from the house and back porch. This is a basic home, but it is clean, in good condition, and is reasonably well furnished (but not dishwasher). The main highway (two lane) runs along the front of the house so there is some road noise (more noticeable on the front side of the house/master bedroom) but traffic is relatively low on this part of the island and speeds low in town so we found it very tolerable and not very noticeable on the backside. Internet was available throughout the house, but the signal is a bit weaker in the main living area because the router is in the back bedroom but we had few connectivity problems. We stayed during the first two weeks in October and there was a strong, steady breeze that kept the house cool with windows open. Fans (included) might be needed at night for more comfortable sleeping. Beach was not heavily used. We saw surfing, boogie boarding (north of the house), kite surfing, and snorkeling (not the best due to the strong waves when we were there) from the back of the house. Turtle sightings were numerus. Owner (Kevin) was responsive with questions and property manager (Holly) was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at this house again.
