This chalet is a real vacation home that will be perfect for your family and your guests. Opt for relaxation in the Charlevoix nature and come and stay there in complete peace of mind.
You will literally be between breeze and tide!
The house has more than 230 square meters and is distributed over three floors.
Almost every room has a view!
The main floor - the 1st - offers a majestic open area with living room - gas fireplace and TV -, dining room and kitchen.
Each of your guests will be able to marvel at the magnificent landscape thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that cover the entire back side of the house.
The show is fabulous!
Imagine preparing meals with the river in front of you.
Moreover, the kitchen is equipped in order to be able to cook there like a chef! And you will have plenty of time to chat with your guests seated around the island.
Everyone can take a seat there for a light meal, an aperitif or other.
In season, you can enjoy the outdoor terrace and its lounge area. This place could well become your favorite room!
A bedroom - Queen bed - and a bathroom complete this floor.
The ground floor includes the mudroom to store all your clothes and sports accessories, the master suite - with a King bed -, a bathroom that includes two sinks, a bathtub and a shower, as well as a a guest bedroom – this one has a queen-size bed.
Going down to the garden level, you will find a large family room with pool table, bar area, lounge and TV.
This piece will be ideal for your whole tribe, children, teenagers and adults alike. This is the place where you will love to relax after a day of skiing or outdoor activities and watch TV series or movies!
