Mini vacation
First I have used VRBO many times (I am not a beginner), I have stayed on the Orlando area multiple times as well. I arrived at the address given to be told I had no reservation. However I did at the Turkey Lake Road resort. Which is on the OTHER side of town. I tried calling the host, no answer, message the host no answer, contacted VRBO was told to wait until check in time at the address given to see if there was a reservation which there was not. I went to the turkey lake road and there was a reservation but it did not meet my expectations. I was over by Sea World not by Disney! The Waterpark was not included I had to pay 25 a person per day to use it ! You read correctly! Plus a 50 resort deposit and 160 when I arrived resort fee! Again not in the VRBO add! Once checking in you are greeted with a free breakfast but I declined as it’s the sales pitch to become an owner! No thanks I didn’t want to be there! But I already paid the rental I contacted VRBO and was told the only resolution was to ask for a complete refund wait the 5-7 days or stay at the alternate address.
