A completely renovated house in the heart of Hamilton. Less than 5 minutes from Spooky Nook, Kettering Health Hospital, and many grocery stores and restaurants. You will be close to everything!

The house features new kitchen & appliances, new bathrooms, new HVAC/windows, and a new deck (pretty much everything is new!) We're fellow road warriors so we created a space where we would want to stay (with our 5 children)!

Spooky Nook Tournament
Perfect location for Spooky Nook tournament. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals. The garage was a nice plus.Would be a nice place to come back when warmer to explore than area.

Good location to Spooky Nook
Location was #1 reason stayed here. This place was only 5 minutes from our vball tournament location. The neighborhood didn’t seem the best but we felt safe and the house was updated, very clean, and had a garage we could park in.

Good option for tournament weekends at Spooky Nook
This was a convenient and nice option close to Spooky Nook. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed for a weekend volleyball tournament and it was a better price than any nearby hotels. The neighborhood is not aesthetically pleasing but we felt safe. The house was nice inside with very clean kitchen, bathrooms and linens. The house was thoughtfully stocked with extra towels, blankets, pillows and essentials. It was great to be able to use the garage as street parking was tight. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was a nice TV for downtime. The owner communicated the need to know details effectively. It was an easy less than 5 minute drive into the back of Spooky Nook which avoided busy traffic in the front. We opted not to walk to Spooky Nook but I guess you could in about 20 minutes. It was also an easy drive to nearby restaurants. I was happy I tried this place and would recommend to others.

Perfect communication and responses when needed. Kitchen had what we needed. I am no expert re Hamilton, but is seemed to be central with what we needed both north and south on Main St..

All of the conveniences!
This place is just a few minutes from Spooky Nook. The host sent clear and precise instructions and communication was easy. It was incredibly clean and the rooms are bigger than they look in the photos. The spacious deck with the privacy fence was the perfect touch.

Wonderful Stay
Very nice, clean house with spacious bedrooms. Well-stocked and ready to go for our stay. Host was super gracious even when we needed to call in the wee hours of the morning for help for something that wasn't his fault. Street parking was a challenge with our 15-passenger van but if you use the garage it will be much much easier. Totally worth it!

Was not good for us
First I never received a check in email. When I got there I had to call the owner for the code to get in that took about 45 minutes. He did give us a small refund. The place is very drafty and the parking was on the street and very close. I won't stay here again. There was a garage but it is very hard to get into. There was a couple of Windows that was not covered and that also was an unsettling. The place was not as clean as it as we thought it should be. So be careful have someone check it out before you rent it.
