We are conveniently located just a short five-minute drive from Kierland Commons, a hub of excellent dining and upscale shopping. Additionally, grocery stores like Fry's and Safeway are a mere two-minute drive away. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is easily accessible within 20 minutes. Our location is also in close proximity to Scottsdale's top attractions, including the Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Spring Training facilities, luxurious resorts, golf courses, and much more.
The house itself is spacious and ideal for accommodating large groups, with six bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, all designed in a rambler style. You'll also enjoy the amenities of a heated pool, a sprawling backyard with a fire pit, and ample space for your group to relax and unwind.

Outdoor space
Expansive doors lead from the living area to the backyard. The primary bedroom suite also offers direct access to the backyard. The outdoor area features an outdoor dining table with seating for 12. There is a pergola with additional seating & gas fire-pit for your use. Both the pergola & outdoor space feature party-lights.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay. It features brand-new appliances and bar-seating for 2. There is a Keurig maker (pot + k-cups), toaster, glasswares, plates, cups, utensils, etc. all available for your use. The dining table is a few steps from the kitchen and features seating for 8. There is also a breakfast nook with seating for 4.

There is a large sectional couch & chairs in the living area. The living room features a large smart TV.

The house is equipped with the fastest internet for your convenience. We also provide a starter supply of the essentials including: dishwasher pods, sponges, K-cups, soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, make-up wipes, toilet paper, and paper towels. There is an onsite washer/dryer available for your use.

Our home comfortably sleeps 12 people and has 8 beds (4 kings, and 4 twin beds). Please make sure the sleeping arrangements meet the needs of your group.

You are responsible for the safety of your child(ren) when using the baby/infant equipment. We aren’t liable for any injuries that result during the usage of this equipment.
All baby gear can be found in the primary bedroom closet. We ask that you wipe down all equipment after usage and place it back in the closet when you depart the house.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8am. The quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced by the City of Scottsdale.
The City of Scottsdale doesn’t issue warnings for excessive noise and will ticket you a minimum of $1,000 if they are called to the premises. Such fines would be your responsibility. If we find you have violated the noise ordinance, we may have you removed from the property and will not refund you any unused nights.
By renting our home you are agreeing to these quiet hours; any violations with the city of Scottsdale could lead us to losing our short-term license. We appreciate your cooperation in this manner.
PETS
We have a strict no-pet policy. We have a $1,000 penalty fee plus associated cleaning fees for each pet brought onto the premises.
SMOKING
We have a strict no-smoking policy. We have a $1,000 penalty fee plus associated cleaning fees for smoking on the premises. This includes smoking outside.
POOL
By booking our home, you are accepting responsibility for the safe use of the pool by any adults and children in your group.
The pool is directly accessible from the backyard patio. Hence, doors leading to our backyard are self-closing & have sensors that will “beep” when the doors open. They can’t be turned off for the safety of your group.
The pool is 8ft deep at its deepest point so little ones & non-swimmers should be closely watched. The pool should never be used alone for the safety of all guests.
There is no lifeguard for the pool. Absolutely no diving.
Pool is not heated in the summer months (Memorial Day weekend to Labor day weekend). From September to May, if you would like the pool heated it is an additional cost of $75/day or $425/week. We must be notified 3 days in advance of your check-in day if you would like the pool heated. There is a two-day minimum for the pool to be heated. We encourage you to check the weather forecast & think about your desired pool temperature before letting us know. Heating the pool is very expensive and these fees don’t fully offset our costs.
Guests are not to attempt to control the pool heater as we manage that remotely. If the pool needs an adjustment, please reach out to us directly.
Wind storms, dust storms, and monsoons can occur in the desert and can cause extra debris to enter the pool. Please ensure the pool vacuum is hooked up at all times.
No glassware near the pool. Please only use the plastic plates/cups provided near the pool.
Please do not apply tanning oil if you plan on entering the pool, it will change our pool’s chemical composition. Any violation of this policy will result in a $100 fee and your group will be responsible for any additional pool cleaning fees.
CAMERAS/SECURITY
We have four external cameras in the front of the property for your safety; these cameras record video & audio. There is a doorbell camera, cameras above the driveway & on each of the side pathways looking toward the street. There are no cameras in the home or backyard. There are no devices on the interior of the property.
We have a noise sensor system installed outside the house to be considerate of our neighbors. It does not record conversations, but instead informs us if the noise level becomes too loud.
DECORATING
We know a special occasion might be bringing you to Scottsdale! Decorations can be hung using blue tape or scotch tape only (we don’t have tape, so please bring your own). Absolutely no glitter of any kind. Any additional cleaning fees as a result of decoration clean-up will be your own responsibility.
HOME SERVICE
The home is cleaned professionally prior to each check-in. If you have any questions about the home cleaning policies, please let us know.
The pool is cleaned once a week. We will let you know if this coincides with your stay.
The pest control & landscaper comes once a month and we will also let you know if this coincides with your stay.
PARKING
Please park ALL cars in the driveway. We do have space for about 2-3 cars in the driveway; we kindly ask guests to park no more than 2 cars on the street.
FIRE PIT
Absolutely no cooking with the fire pit. Please make sure you've turned the fire pit off after each use.
HVAC
Summer: Please do not touch the AC as lower below 70 could freeze the coil which will essentially shut down the AC.
Winter: Please set it to your comfort level.
MISCELLANEOUS
The tap water is potable - but we suggest you drink filtered/bottled water.
