Our Beautiful 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Villa is located approx.15 minutes from Disney. This home is the perfect retreat after an exciting day at the parks to kick back and relax. The home is close to shops, malls and restaurants. Orange Tree is one of the most prestigious communities in Florida offering children’s parks, tennis and, basketball courts. The home is close to many championship golf courses, Lake Louisa state park where you can hike, fish, canoe, relax and enjoy nature.
Relax on the covered patio/lanai with South facing pool backing on to beautiful parkland. This also means added privacy and warm, sunshine the whole day with the Southern exposure!
This lovely villa has been redecorated with all new furniture and appliances. New flooring throughout the home including new carpets in all bedrooms. Kitchen has been repainted with new granite countertops. One of the bathrooms has been completed renovated with new tiles, showers and fixtures.
Our home features a large, airy family room with 47' flat screen TV, with Hi-Definition PVR and DVD player, and patio doors leading to lanai. For those those rainy days, our home is equiped with a selection of movies/DVDs for your viewing pleasure and various board games to keep the family entertained.
The formal dining room offers you the opportunity to share special meals and moments with your family. Family too big? No problem. The dining table can expand with the additional leaf insert so the whole family can dine together.
A large, well equipped eat in kitchen with glass top stove, side by side refrigerator with ice dispenser, is available to whip up those gourmet meals.
First Master Kingsize Bedroom with flat screen TV/DVD. Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, garden tub, his and her sink and toilet. Large walk in closet and direct access to the patio and pool.
Second Master Kingsize Bedroom with flat screen TV/DVD and closet. Ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower and door leading directly to lanai.
The Queen Bedroom is ideal for a third couple or a teenage person who desires their own space. It has a large closet and chest of drawers with its own bathroom situated next door.

About the host
Your host
We are a Canadian couple with 3 young children. We purchased this home not only as our own family getaway but also to provide other families the same opportunity. The home is large enough that we can also bring along the grandparents so we can all spend time together.
Why they chose this property
After staying in another home in Orange Tree and seeing how much our children enjoyed their time here, the search for our own home began. This location is conveniently located to many of the Orlando attractions, like Disney, Univeral, Sea World and approx. 60mins to Cape Canaveral and Cocoa beach. Also, plenty of great golfing in the area!
