Enjoy breath-taking sunrises, sunsets, and salty sea breezes from the four different balconies overlooking the Gulf Beaches, Intercoastal Waterway, and the Clearwater skyline, all from the 11th floor of this HUGE 2000+ square foot condo. Enjoy the beachside experience with end-unit surrounding views at the beautiful Crescent Beach Club -11G! Home comforts await in this HUGE beachy unit with floor-to-ceiling windows. This unit was remodeled with an updated kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and floors. The club boasts two luxurious heated oceanfront pools, 24-hour security, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, a sauna, and steam rooms. Walk to 5 local restaurants with outdoor waterfront seating options. The master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic king-size bed a private bath with a massive double shower that looks out to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom walks out to the balcony running along the master bath, bedroom, and living room - watch the sunset. The split floor plan hosts a second bedroom with a queen bed, twin bunk beds and adjoining bathroom. This bedroom and bathroom have amazing water views of the Intercoastal Waterway (one tree island is right out your window - one of our favorite stops when boating!). This room also has a large walk-out balcony that is connected to the kitchen and breakfast table- Watch the sunrise.

Amazing beach front vacation experience

This property is amazing!! If you have a chance to stay here DO IT. The view is unbelievable, the location is perfect, the condo is clean and beautifully furnished, and the hosts are organized and responsive to any questions or concerns. There are restaurants within walking distance and you can grab groceries if you’d prefer at nearby stores. This was truly a one-of-a-kind property and we can’t wait to be back!

Awesome Views and Premier Accommodations

Absolute perfection! Stunning views of both the bay and the Gulf from throughout the unit. Excellent location...quiet strip of beach, often saw dolphins from the lanai, a very short walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Many attractions nearby; we loved Dunedin and Tarpon Springs.Condo is beautifully decorated throughout and fully appointed with everything you need for a luxury beach vacation. Safe, secure lobby and covered parking.This is the ultimate beachfront property and surpassed all our expectations! We thank our wonderful hosts Becki and Larry for a fantastic vacation and the great memories that we made during our time at Crescent Beach! We hope to return!!

We were so delighted with this condo! It is spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The description was very accurate-amazing! The balconies were wonderful- options for getting out of the wind and enjoying the fresh air. We were there during some of the coldest weather ever for January which kept us inside a lot. The extra space really helped.There is a wonderful selection of books and a huge tv to enjoy if the weather doesn’t cooperate!The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had.We would love to cone back again some time.

Perfect Family Beach Retreat

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The ocean views were stunning, and the condo was well-maintained. We loved the comfortable beds and the huge couch, which made our stay even more relaxing. The sandy beaches and clear, calm ocean waves were perfect for our children, and the fact that it wasn't crowded made it feel like our own private paradise.

Amazing views

Stunning 270 degree views! We've stayed at several different rooms / floors at CBC, and this had the best views from everywhere in the condo. The property is in great condition, and of course the private beach on Sand Key is amazing with hardly anyone on the beach compared to Clearwater. A nice, quiet area for families with kids.

Breathtaking views!

We really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Club; this end unit had spectacular views. Sunset over the ocean at night and sunrise over the bay in the morning. The condo was clean and inviting, nicely decorated and they supplied everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved the amenities too, pickleball, gym, sauna, pool. I am hoping we will be back soon.

11G! What can I say? This place is absolutly beautiful. Perfect location for the laid back relaxed vacation you're looking for. Stunning views from every window. Unobstructed views of sunrise on front balcony and sunset on back balcony. Very quiet inside unit. Close to great food,drink and shopping. No public beach access and the beach is fantastic. I can't say enough on how much we enjoyed this place. What a great find.

30th Anniversary Vacation

Everything was fabulous! The condo itself was huge and very clean. Windows and water from everywhere we looked. Everything you could have wanted was there. Of course the beach and water were amazing. Becki and Larry were awesome to deal with. They were very kind to us. My husband and I have had a rough 2 years with family illnesses in both sides and this was exactly what we needed to rejuvenate. We would go back in a heartbeat 💕

This is the one

If you are coming to Clearwater this is where you want to stay. Amazing sunsets and sunrises with balconies overseeing the gulf and the intercostal waters. Windows that allow a great view from anywhere in the condo. Too many amenities to name them all but a beautiful private beach and a nice size pool and hot tub with a great view of the gulf. Just south of town but just a 3-5 minute drive into the main hub with more places than you can imagine to eat and several options of things to do if you’re looking for a day away from the beach Can’t say enough about the quality of the condo and the location and Becki was great to work with.

Amazing!

The most amazing views everywhere you looked! We had a family of 5 and it was very spacious for all of us! It was decorated very nice, really clean, and had everything we needed as far as supplies go! The property was really nice, secure and easy parking! There were lots of amenities such as a pool, hot tub, sauna, workout facility, tennis, and pickleball courts! As a family of 5 we of course utilized it all. Access to the beach was so easy! We got to meet the owners and they were so nice and very helpful with any questions that we had! Thank you Larry and Becki for a great Christmas vacation! Looking forward to staying with you again!

Best Family Beach Vacation ever!!!!

My family and I stay at the condo 11G week of March 30-April 6, 2024. The condo is better in person as the pictures won't do it justice. We used all the amenities the condo had to offer, Pool, Hot tub, Pickleball and billiards. My kids Ages 9 and 6 had a great time and have been asking when can we go back. Check process was quick with no issues. Never had issues with parking as there where always spots available. Larry and Becki Tate are great hosts and make sure that everything when smooth and gives us some recommendations on local restaurants in the area. Could not recommend this condo enough as it's the best rental condo i have ever stayed in.

WOW WOW WOW!!

Our stay at this amazing beach condo was absolutely perfect! The condo offers stunning views in nearly every direction you look, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop for a very relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The condo itself is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. A true home away from home! The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms are very cozy, and the beds are incredibly comfortable (this is extremely important to me). The multiple private balconies were such a highlight, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets with the sound of the waves in the background. The host was fantastic and extremely welcoming—responsive and accommodating, with great local recommendations. Direct beach access made it easy to enjoy the white sands and clear waters without the crowds. The pool was never busy, we were often the only ones there! Whether you’re looking for a romantic retreat or a peaceful escape, this condo is the ideal choice. It’s more than we could have ever asked for. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing family beach vacation spot!

Our entire family loved staying in this huge condo right on the beach! The views when you walk in are incredible and then being able to see the sunrise from the front balcony and sunset from the back balcony is unlike anywhere else we have ever stayed. We spotted manatees and dolphins. The beds were super comfortable and parking was easy. The pool and hot tub area is amazing because we could watch the sunsets while the kids swam-there were always chairs. We took the provided beach chairs down to the quiet beach while the kids looked for shells. This condo building has all the amenities of a nice hotel, the work out room looking out at the ocean is beautiful. I loved being able to walk to restaurants that have outdoor boardwalk seating on the water. Taking the trolley downtown was super easy too. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. If you want a condo with tons of natural light, decorated with beach décor and lots of balconies – book this condo -way better than the pictures!

This gorgeous condo was a dream come true!

You can stop looking b/c you’ve just found the best right here. The pictures don’t even do the views justice - they are breathtaking. Perfectly decorated with coastal decor, this condo is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and everywhere you turn you see water! Even the showers have a beautiful window to bring the outdoors in. Being able to see both the bay and the coast is amazing and we were impressed with the size of the balconies. Great for watching sunsets, too. The property as a whole is very secure, clean and well-maintained - amenities are top-notch. The owners have thought of everything you’ll need including beach chairs, umbrella, and noodles. Having access to the trolley is so convenient but if you do have a car, parking is simple and close to the elevators. Being able to walk to many restaurants is wonderful, also, and we loved the short walk to the beach, which is quiet and has plenty of shells to collect. The owners are so friendly, easy to work with and very responsive. The only problem you'll have is that you won't want to leave! Highly, highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back to stay again! Can’t really ask for a better condo on the Gulf

We came into town for a 4 day trip to see the Lions play the Bucs…Right from the beginning of the process of looking to book a place Becki and Larry were responding to our questions so quickly. So we booked with them. I have to say this is one of the best places you could possibly rent. The floor-plan and layout of the complex was amazing. Once we figured which side of the building the unit was on we were able to get on the correct elevator😎. Entry into the condo was very private as you don’t have to walk by any other unit to get there. Trash disposal was super convenient and was basically right by the elevator. Once you walk into the condo the views are amazing!!!! This end unit is probably the best layout and offers the best views you could possibly hope for. It is well equipped to supply you with pretty much ever thing you need. The only thing that was missing was the plastic cooking tongs for the no stick pans. Even if this place doesn’t have the specialty utensils or whatever you think you need you won’t stop saying how amazing this place is. Every step you take you see another amazing view. There is easy access to the beach and pool and you don’t have to pass by any units on the way there. Highly recommended…. You won’t be disappointed!

We recently bought the unit, our second in the building, and consider it our second home. We are excited for you to enjoy it as much as us while we are home working. You'll be communicating directly with us. We have four children (hence the queen bed and bunks) We are excited for you to make memories like we are.

Why they chose this property

The one thing I noticed about many Florida units was a small view or an obstructed view of the Gulf. I absolutely love that we have a large balconies and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Intercoastal Waterway and the Clearwater skyline. Sand and water in every direction! Being able to walk a couple of blocks to many dining options and shopping is incredible.

What makes this property unique

Many extra supplies will be in the unit, from condiments in the refrigerator to sand toys for the kids to play with. Remember it is our second home so we come ready to live there. We keep personal items and clothes locked in two closets.
