Quick access to I-49 and U of A via Hwy 62, close to Historic downtown Prairie Grove and Battlefield Park. Spacious Interior with dining area and living space downstairs and 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms upstairs. This home boasts a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and views of battlefield park. The second bedroom includes two double beds and is adjacent to hall bathroom.
