Home was very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had many cooking items, utensils, etc. although we didn’t have a long enough stay to utilize these items, I always appreciate a well stocked kitchen. The back patio was great to hang out on with the gas fireplace pit. Plenty of rooms and beautiful neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Only constructive criticism I’d have is that the hot tub didn’t get as hot as it should.
was able to add a night to the reservation the day before arriving! first VRBO unit I have stayed in that actually had a "non-stick" pan that worked! oh and the hot tub was great in the evenings! thank you
The house was perfect. Clean. The housekeepers were still there when we got there, but not for very long. I love the way to the house was set up and we would definitely stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed our day. We use the little propane, fire and the hot tub.
Beautiful, pristine home in the heart of Kennewick. We came for the state cross country meet just 20 minutes away. This location was perfect. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, easy entering, very clean, comfortable beds and pretty decor. We all enjoyed a quiet night in the outdoor hottub and a lovely back patio. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!
My family and friends were in the area for softball/baseball tournaments and really enjoyed this property! Very clean, spacious. Lovely back yard and comfortable beds. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.
This house was perfect for 2 families of friends, and we plan to stay again for our next trip to Kenniwick. The home is very clean and spacious, and also layed out perfectly for us, our friends, and our kids. We stayed with 2 couples and 1 child, but had plenty of room for our other 2 kids. We also loved the location and safety of the neighborhood. We slept great and are excited to book another get away here!!
Recommend! Fantastic, clean, spacious, open, and thoughtfully decorated newer home. We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely and comfortable this home was - it was even better than the pictures. There was good, friendly communication and they also just installed a new hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Such a great find in Tricities! After being at the baseball fields all day for a tournament, this home was a perfect retreat to come back to. So welcoming and relaxing. We would not hesitate to return!
We had a fabulous time. Your home is lovely and had everything we needed. Two minor things to note — the barbecue didnt work. We got it lit, but it. Did not generate enough heat to cook our steaks. Second, the photos of the house showed a lovely fireplace with a fire. After our day of wine tasting we were looking forward to sitting by the fire. It appears it is not hooked up. Maybe just remove that photo. All in all we had a great trip and would stay here again and tell friends about it. Thank you!
We were 3 couples who were in town for 4 of us to race the inaugural TriCities 70.3 Half Ironman. This house was perfect for our needs. Very spacious, the bedrooms are of good size and there are 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, which was an unexpected treat! Lovely backyard with nice places to sit and there is also a hot tub.
Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. It’s a lovely, quiet neighbourhood.
The only “FYI” that I would give (which is not a negative comment simply a factual one to consider in your planning) is that the largest bathroom is an ensuite to the main bedroom and the smaller bathroom is then primarily accessible for the remaining 3 bedrooms. Our party knows each other well enough to wander somewhat freely in and out of all of the rooms, but if you are travelling with acquaintances that you know less well this might be something to keep in mind.
I would not hesitate to book this property again and definitely recommend it.
