We are from Bainbridge Island, WA and enjoy coming down to sunny AZ between guest bookings. I am a violinist and my partner is a retired attorney, and father of 5 kids and 5 grandkids.
Why they chose this property
Walk to McDowell preserve for hiking or mountain biking. Drive 5 mins to Fountain Hills center for small town charm. 10 mins to Scottsdale for shopping and city nightlife.
What makes this property unique
The Kipling property has a heated private pool that can be used all year. The backyard borders an arroyo. The property is a very private, tranquil oasis with natural desert plantings.
