Why they chose this property

I love that the home is close by major Freeway (50hwy), close to Cal state Sacramento, and the fact that this neighborhood is pretty mellow, neighbors are nice, the area is safe to walk around and I feel a sense of security living in this area. It is also biking distance to UC Davis Medical Center, close to Target, and many great restaurants are close by!

What makes this property unique

I am accommodating to guest needs, I like to maintain shared areas of the home clean. We provide complimentary coffee/tea/popcorn, and other things that will help you feel at home.
