Come visit Island Club Of Tarpon Springs which is perched on the water and you will not want to leave. Located within a stones throw of the World Famous Sponge Dock, Sunset Beach, Fred Howard Park, Pinellas Trail. The kitchen, has newer stainless steal appliances and quartz countertops. Top of the line waterproof luxury flooring throughout the main living area. Watch beautiful sunsets over the water while sitting in the enclosed porch. Both bedrooms are set up as master suites having there own full bathrooms. There is also a half bath located on the main floor. Ample storage including a large storage room next to the covered parking. Island Club includes a huge club house with a gym in it, pool, spa, tennis courts, and the lush grounds making you feel like you live in a park. There is a small beach picnic area to launch your kayak.
